First impressions are lasting that’s why I am proud to say it’s always a pleasure to visit CVS pharmacy inside of target. I am always greeted with the smile and the staff always inquires as to whether or not I have questions regarding my mother’s medication.

I have been a customer at the CVS in target on Albemarle Road in Charlotte NC, since CVS took over that target pharmacy. Service is always adequate and the staff has met my family’s prescription needs. On August 9, 2023, I was treated extremely poorly by the two staff members on duty. At 6:40 PM, my wife and I were told to come back in 10 to 15 minutes and our prescriptions would be ready. We were also told that we will receive text messages notifying us about the prescriptions. Those text messages were never received. We came back at 7:01 PM to check the status and were told by the two staff members that the pharmacy had just closed at 7 PM. They were now unable to provide the prescriptions that we needed, one of which is critical to my wife’s aftercare due to a recent surgery. We had no idea the pharmacy closed at 7 PM, but we’re promptly told by the two staff members “you should be aware of the closing time since you are regular customers”. Ummm ok. They had time to make smart comments but could not simply hand us the three prescriptions that were ready and ring us out. This was appalling, and I have immediately transferred my prescriptions to an online service, as I will not tolerate this type of treatment by individuals who do not care about their customers, or have any pride in their work. I will highly recommend that any customers at this location switch to a nearby Walgreens or an online service.

I called Walgreen on Milton rd. and talked to Daniela on (Wed. Twice) and (Thurs. Twice) and today is Saturday and I still don't have my medications. The most Wonderful Pharmacist, Martinez, explained to me that certain information was Not obtained from the Doctor to refill one of my prescriptions. I asked him why Daniela didn't tell me about any of the information that was needed, the first time I called on Wednesday or the several other times I called thereafter. Martinez only said he didn't know, what a Gentleman.I finally found a Great Pharmacist, but because of Daniela, I've had to go elsewhere for my prescriptions.If you want a Great Pharmacist, go to Walgreens on Milton rd. at N. Sharon Amity. Martinez is a Wonderful Pharmacist and took responsibility when his subordinate made errors. When Daniela leaves that store, if Martinez is still there, I will certainly do business there.

I've been getting my prescriptions at this particular CVS pharmacy for over ten years. My doctor called in a prescription on 1/11/2022 and it was filled incorrectly, I called the pharmacy and after holding for over 40 minutes was told that the doctor had called in the wrong one even though I have picked this same prescription from this same pharmacy in the past, I called my Dr. and had them submit again. They did so and based on the price it seemed as if they filled the wrong one yet again. I called for 3 days straight without anyone answering the phone after holding for over 30 minutes each time. I then decided to go up to the pharmacy where I was met with Kristen Brumbley who stated she was the store manager, the minute I mentioned that the prescription was yet again incorrect she immediately and with a terrible attitude asked me if I wanted to have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere, I said why would I do that since I've been getting my prescriptions at this location for over 10 years. She was very aggressive and would not even allow me to speak with the pharmacist, when I tried to do so she told him NO and that I would have to apologize. This was done with her yelling at me in front of all the customers, I was totally humiliated and felt helpless! She told me if I didn't leave the store she would call security!!! Needless to say I was shocked as I have never been treated in such an abhorrent manner in my life. I left and called corporate and they supposedly spoke with the pharmacy and was told the prescription would be in on Monday as it was not in stock. I also requested to have my complaint escalated. Well Monday came along and I called the automated system and for the next 4 days it said it was in process and I did not receive a call from corporate. On Thursday I called corporate again and they tell me the prescription is still not in stock and that my case was closed and that someone had called me. NO ONE called me. At this point I requested and escalation as I feel I am being retaliated again. I then found out it the prescription would have to be called in again to another pharmacy as I have just had it and I am transferring all of my prescriptions! This time I was given an incident number and hopefully corporate will call. I am very upset by the way I was treated Krystin the so-called pharmacy manager and not only have they lost my business as well as all my family's business but I will not set foot into that Target again. I will continue to write to the CEO if I have to and have someone assure me that this will not happen to anyone else again.

I am really disappointed this time on someone at my home has Covid and I informed pharmacy about we r quarantined and asked them to deliver my meds at home (I am already registered in online system for delivery) but I didn’t received it in 4 days now! They stopped sending me text messages for refills neither they call patients for follow ups neither they reset the delivery properly n keeps removing my name from system. I am quarantined at home with no meds. They do keep blaming the system well if system has any problem I have also reported that to technology team but if pharmacy keeps removing patients from system how can we get meds reminder and delivery?

ALWAYS got my orders incorrect. ALWAYS seem to out of refills even though doctors office said there were more. This CVS is a huge waste in this Target! It makes me hate my local Target.

The pharmacist keeps hold upon your deliveries for no reason. COVID vaccines are available but cvs wants to vaccinate the celebrities and politicians first. DARN
