We had a great experience designing a shirt with Alaina at custom ink. My husband was able to try on shirts and she patiently showed us all our color options one by one and answered our many questions. The final product was better than we expected; very pleased.

Great experience. I was able to book an appointment online. James was very helpful when I arrived. Ordering custom gear can often be overwhelming with all the options but James made the process very easy. We will certainly be using for future orders.

The in-store experience at the Phillips Place location exceeded my expectations. Wow! James is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; he made this process easy and pleasant. They have shirts in the store so you can see the actual colors, and feel the fabrics, and all the design work is completed right there in front of you in real time. James also helped me set up a group ordering form so everyone can order and pay online! I'm looking forward to going back in a few months to order family reunion shirts. I'll never order from anywhere else!

My company recently used Custom Ink to fulfill a large order for our ten year anniversary. We were able to go into the store and physically see and feel the shirt style and fabric that were best suited for our needs. James and his team were very professional, friendly, and helpful during the whole process, and the store was clean and well organized. Went in the store to get some custom t-shirts and met with James. He took his time to go over the details with me and was patient even when I was indecisive. My order came in a couple of days ago and turned out great! Will definitely be ordering more from them!
