Look at what time it is, and according to the schedule it says that they open at 10 all the time, they won't be open at the time they say, but to close up to 10 minutes before they do it and all the time the sellers are reluctant, and they are supposed to be customer services ?

Went to Eastway location to get help with a replacement phone and associate refused to help me, so I went to Freedom Drive store and was helpedwith open arms. I can't deal with people not wanting to help in the time of need.i even. Feel like leaving cricket bcz of this! Going back to my store so the can help me.freedom Dr is the best people..

Visited this location the afternoon of 1/1/2021, to upgrade my phone. The young lady working, greeted us as we entered, as well as handled my transaction. She was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and gracious. My son interacted with same young lady a few days earlier, for his upgrade and had the same great experience. Also, I liked the fact the store was clean and neat.
