Wow! I had the best experience at this store. My phone was deactivated, I didn't know what was wrong. Steeven sat & helped me for 2 and a half hours! He went through so much and he did it with a smile all while taking care of others who came in. I would highly recommend this store & thank you Steeven for exceptional service!!

Walked into this location and was greeted by turned off lights and no associates to be found. Dirty store with hardly anything on display. I called out for an employee, and remember this was during open hours stated online and on the door. Absolutely disrespectful. Could even walk behind their counter as seen here. Eventually an employee came through the door with a Publix bag and soda and told me “we ain’t open” and I took that as a sign to leave. Absolutely unacceptable behavior

We came here to meet AJ Styles for my 21st birthday and it was amazing. The staff here were super friendly and also very funny and interactive with guests. They all clapped for me and it was very touching for them to think of me that way. This isn't just a store for Cricket, but it's a store that wants you to feel like family and do things that you would like to do. I definitely recommend stopping by here if you ever have phone issues or need someone to talk things with about. I'm hoping they will do another meet and greet soon because it was very exciting to get this experience!!!

I agree with Hope, this location has gone downhill! There used to be a young man and woman who was very friendly and manager Jimmy who would help me with my device but I have not seen them. I have gone in twice in 2 months to pay my bill and I walk straight out because of how quiet and unfriendly the new staff is. Dirty, unkempt, the new people do not know about cricket brand and are too busy on the phone. Avoid and look into other crickets on south boulevard..!

Very much a hole in the wall place. Dirty and unkempt appearance inside. No music playing, just silence when you walk in and one person at the counter staring at their phone.

I just arrived, during open hours, and the store is locked, with nobody inside. There’s no note on the door about being closed temporarily. I called the number listed on the work hours sheet on the window. Nobody answered and I had to leave a message. So, I couldn’t get any answers.

Super nice employees, they were able to port in my cell phone number from another carrier. The representatives were very knowledgeable and really great experts of Cricket plans and services. 10/10 go see the South Tryon cricket store!!
