They make you get the high plan and put it under someone else email. Then you can't handle your own thing.When you go to them to tell them you have the wrong information on it they say they can't help you with an attitude!!!?

Funny the store was open..... System is down and the lady says we can't get u a phone even if u wanted a new one..... Second she also stated she couldn't take any payment all the lady could only answer questions

Upon revisiting this location for upgrades to our cellular service to the family plan, we were assisted by Joanna and Elias. Joanna assisted us the previous Sunday, and informed us of every detail and worked to assure us the best discount.Today we returned to finalize our account, and was assisted by Elias. He worked tirelessly through some of the technical/server related issues, to make sure our account was set and ready to go correctly. Joanna was also working today to help during the process.They were so nice, professional, and awesome; I will definitely return to this location for all future business concerning my Cricket account.

Wow this woman was so rude name Patricia it was unbelievable. She made me wait half hour without even saying anything to me. She and some of her friend spoke in Spanish and laughed at me while I waited. Unbelievable people like this have a job. Never again. I will contact corporate.

I had a GREAT experience at this store! Jackie was kind, very knowledgeable about the products and services she offers, she is professional, and displayed great customer service skills! After visiting this store, we had no regrets as she had educated us about everything that we could expect with our purchase, and we feel grateful to have chosen this store to shop!Some people sell stuff for money. Some people try to understand people to sell them what they want/need so they can help the customer meet their goal and receive compensation for doing so. Jackie is the 2nd type of seller! Of course you can go to any Cricket store, but there is not a Jackie at every store!Go visit Cricket/Jackie in University area and you will leave happy/satisfied!

Worst customer service, went to replace my Sim card which is $10 for existing costomer this female is charging me $35. When I refuse to pay she told me to get out the store.
