When purchasing new phones and accessories for my wife and I I always visited this store.Because of the quality, price and attention...but today when I entered I noticed that he was a different person and it made me uncomfortable when I heard the sarcastic and indifferent way in which he spoke to the clients when he attended to me, it was no exception, I disliked him. so much so that if this person remains in this store I will never accept a product...we should all be treated with respect and dignity...

This store definitely deserves a 5 star review. We came to switch and Sophia was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable. It was the best decision to switch especially coming to this Location. If it wasn't for Sophia being the star that she is I don't think our transition would have been so smooth! She definitely was the reason why I am happy with our decision to switch to cricket!
