Adriana is very knowledgeable with phone problems. She got my new phone activated quickly. I had changed over to iPhone and in bringing over data from android I inadvertently carrier locked it. I had taken it to the Eastway store and the girl didn’t have a clue how to do it.

What an unpleasant boy who really took care of us. I really wanted to run out of there if it weren't for the fact that I needed to buy a phone, but they took great care of my mom and my friend. I think he definitely ruined our day.

Didn't honor my warranty and sold me a defective phone. Went into store for an exchange and I was denied even though I was within warranty and return policy. I don't recommend this company to anyone. They'll probably replay with a sad email address that they never respond to. Now I'm out 150 dollars and no one wanted to help fix the phone. Worst company ever.

The store was immaculate. The CSR, Jihad, was professional, kind, and courteous. Helped me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. He was helpful and patient in assisting me as well as answering all my questions! He was a joy and delight & it's a privilege to brag on him for outstanding customer service!!! :)

Been customers for 6 years. Added a line, was told one price. Paid an extra $50. Upon investigation- the Latino guy that helped us got a nice commission off of being deceitful. He didn't tell us that he didn't adjust our account so that we would get the discount. They won't even credit us back the money. Now we have left cricket, and the smart and helpful people won't unlock one of the phones so that we can part ways. At this point- I'd rather live without a phone if it means paying people hard earned money only for them to take from us and cost us for their personal gain. Shady business....it doesn't mean a thing to be a valued and loyal customer anymore. I work too hard for my money

Cricket is without a doubt one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Customer service is unhelpful and it is always difficult to understand what the representatives are saying because they always have a heavy accent. In store employees tell me during every visit they cannot provide any type of support and I have to call their main number, which involves waiting through an automated message that I can't say or select any options until it is done speaking, which takes several minutes. They have multiple times changed my monthly bill price without notifying me and when I call to complain all I hear is "sorry for the inconvenience"

My in store visit on today 10/21/21, was an ideal experience . I was there just after the store opened to resolve my online phone issues. The gentleman that assisted me showed the best example of good customer service.He gave his name but I can't recall what he said. But, I will remember that he was patient, friendly, and displayed a positive attitude. I'm thankful for his help.
