I'm mad at you, I have 2 lines and now that I want to get rid of one, I can't, the people who work in the store are a bunch of EGGS, they don't help me, they tell me to dial 611 and I dial and dial and the wait is too long, one doesn't have the time. It's more than half an hour of waiting, it's a lot of time thank goodness and I have the unlimited plan if not only in that wait they eat up my minutes if they can't keep up with the calls hire more competent staff or give more options in the app that only serves to make the payments and there is no option to make changes to take out the other line aaah I get that I have to pay again first to take out the line ???

It’s been 2-3 months since I’ve seen Demarc and he helped me with my phone, plan, and other questions I had. Since then I haven’t seen him and I’ve been having issues. I did a phone upgrade and the phone I was given is not the one I wanted, when asked to exchange the rep said “we don’t do returns/exchanges” then my next question was why my phone bill is more expensive than it’s been since DeMarc helped me. She said that I have insurance on my phone and I never put it there. I use to really like this location but the credibility here is not the same. I will be leaving the company, or changing locations.

The Mexican lady act like she didn't know what she was doing so I waited for the young man I think his name is DeMarcus, he was helpful and knew how to help a old man like myself out.
