Wonderful hotel! Incredible staff, amazing bar, and surprisingly great bar food! Prices are totally reasonable, the bed and amenities were fantastic, and just off the beaten path enough to be customer focused and not always crazy busy. If you just want a great night's rest (with or without kids), and stay away from the real hustle of Charlotte this is the place to be.

For events, service, and the rooms, this place is top quality. It is also in a great location, being walkable to several restaurants. The rooms are very clean and new. The bathroom is modern. But the main reason for my review is how well my group was treated for our event. They treated us like royalty, greeting us, helping us get what we needed, and they even threw in some extras like cookies and coffee. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Waverly, and I intend to stay here again in the future.

I was part of a weekend long event at this hotel and I cannot say enough nice things about this location. Beautiful, slick, modern hotel with a large lobby and gorgeous outdoor space. Rooms are awesome and the staff is *chef’s kiss* Special shout out to Emma at the desk and Gabe in maintenance for all of your help! All of management was amazing and all of our attendees felt comfortable and spoiled. Absolutely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast they offered. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. It’s located in a wonderful upbeat area in Charlotte with tons of walkability. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This hotel asked my mother and I to leave because we didn't have a gold or platinum credit card. I really wanted to spend the weekend with my mother.

This place is awesome. I would highly highly highly recommend staying here. Very pleasant. Very people oriented and I would love to mention the manager's name but I'm not sure she would like me to but she was a huge huge help. I can't think her enough!

I visited this location the weekend of the 26th and I must say that I am utterly impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. My receptionist, Sabrina (who is celebrating her birthday) was so kind; she provided me with everything my daughter and I needed to know about the hotel and its perks. The location is within a quaint but modern shopping area. Everything you need is within close/walking distance. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Angela at the front desk went the extra mile - the rooms are extremely clean and completely updated. Felt nice to sleep in a well appointed room after a long drive on I95 from Florida. The room is huge btw with very tall ceilings (2nd floor at least). Ask for more bath towels, were 4 in a room and had only 1 provided.

We were so pleased with our stay! This was honestly the best hotel we have been to in a long time. The staff was so unbelievably helpful and friendly. They never made us feel like we were being too much trouble and they always had a smile! On top of that, the room was absolutely beautiful and so well kept. The cleanliness was next to none. It was a perfect location to be able to drive a short distance or even walk around the Waverly district.

A lovely facility, poorly managed. This is a nice hotel in a nice location, but..... managed very poorly. We came here for the pool, but we're told after arrival that it was temporarily closed to fix a chemical issue. In fact, it is under repair and won't be open for a while. Next, a lovely in room coffee service in a neat compartment. Light wouldn't go off when door was closed. Would be a 2 minute adjustment. Nope! Pull the plug so light won't work. Unsupervised 5 year olds in workout area, dirty hallways, empty shower dispensers. All little things but put together don't meet Marriott standards

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The room are clean & beautiful. Not a bad place to be when you have to be away from home.
