I took my cat into Cotswold Animal Hospital for an allergy problem. Dr. White took a lot of time examining and explaining things and was very thorough. An all around good experience.

Excellent care. They reached out and followed up about an ER visit and it made me feel like they care. And, surprisingly, the waiting room smells very nice! I forget that I am sitting in a vet’s office. Very satisfied with my care so far!

We have been customers for years and love the care our animals receive from the vets and the techs. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and remember our animals when they come in which is so sweet. I trust them implicitly!

They're efficient and friendly enough; it's only sometimes not terribly convenient when I have to call - I've often heard "If this is not an emergency, could you please hold" leading me to think they're overwhelmed. But I'm overall happy with them, my cats' surgery went well, and the staff is nice to them.

This is my go to place when our pups are sick or hurt. They are quick to get me in for an appointment. They always tell me UP FRONT what the costs for tests/lab work/treatment will be. And their staff is always polite, welcoming, and friendly!

Beware- you have to seriously advocate for your pets here!! I took my cat in on a Monday morning, seriously concerned he had a bladder problem. The vet convinced me it was a behavioral issue even though my gut knew better…. Over the next two days his condition worsened and I called 4 times to update the vet on his symptoms and beg for treatment. They continued to push me off and told me to wait it out. I finally had to take him to a different animal hospital because he started peeing blood. The other animal hospital told me his bladder was blocked and extremely close to bursting, which would have probably been fatal if not caught in time. Cotswold Animal Hospital had his urgent urine results in their system and waited all day to call me. Thank god I was able to take him to another vet that saved his life. Will not be returning to this provider.
