I am a big World Market enthusiast— I’ve been to lots of locations and Kaye was the kindest employee I’ve ever met! Give this woman a raise. She was so sweet and helped me with exactly what I was looking for, she really went above and beyond and helped me get my bags collected.
The store was immaculately laid out compared to other World Markets I’ve been to also.

World Market is an actual experience. Furniture, food, clothes, bath and hand soap. Clothes. Come in and walk around.

Had a treasure hunt that was supposed to start at 4pm, we arrived at 3:30pm to find that all rewards had already been found. Then we tried to by an accent table, to find that they wouldn’t sell, because they choose what displays they will sell. Driving me to Amazon, just wow

There are some items sold in store that you cannot find on their website. When I purchased some incense I was taking a chance that I thought was covered by their return policy.On the day that I bought these incense I was in the store and quickly Googled said policy (due to there being no way to even review these products online -- on the World Market website) and the very first thing you see is that "if you are unhappy for any reason" yada yada. So I felt it was safe to swipe even without a way for consumers to review these particular items..I'm not in the business of wasting my money, but it looks like that's what I did here. There wasn't anything they could do in the store nor when I called the 1-800 number. The girl at the other end of the line said my only option was to discard the product because "there's nothing in it for them" to accept my return now that I'm experiencing "buyers remorse." That's not what this is. These incense are cheaply made and unless you want the air to just smell like smoke and nothing else, don't buy them. They're little more than decoration. Only the rose scent smells faintly of "something." Maybe it's roses, but neither I nor my family can tell.Funnily enough, my niece recommended I try some incense from HiLife and they were better, by far. 100x better. One of the scents I chose filled my entire home with deliciousness. I would have never guessed.Anyway, the one star here is because of the bait and switch of their return policy overall and because their crew could have been more empathetic about it. As I said, I'm not in the business of just wasting my money. And I thought I did my due diligence. "For any reason" feels pretty safe. Unfortunately, I didn't foresee that there was fine print after this. They're slick. They really are.

I wasn't in the store that long. So I can't properly give a full review. The store did have the spices that was looking for. So it made that trip worth it. Also wine, win and more wine. Plus beer.
