I visited Cosentino Center Charlotte to select quartz for my kitchen countertops. I had a great experience thanks to Anitra Nesbitt, who not only showed me the slabs I requested but went out of her way to be helpful, sharing her thoughts and ideas on how to coordinate cabinet color and the backsplash I had chosen to most fully complement the Bianca Calcutta I ultimately decided on. Anitra is knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. A was a bit of a drive to get there, lol, but well worth it!

I just don't know about the customer service here at this place cause I had a Friend that worked here and a hard worker and all he talked about was Mariom that's in charge of everything she is so rude to the customers and the workers this should not be tolerated in customer service....

The site could really benefit from working on their customer service. We are all ready to move forward with getting new countertops and love the quality of Cosentino countertops, but their customer service (or lack thereof) has left my only first criteria for countertops being any brand other than Cosentino. I can overlook one bad interaction but when there are two in a row, that’s not excusable. Over the phone, I requested recommendations for local fabricators be emailed to me; that email appears to have never been sent. I stopped by the store and was not greeted when I walked inside, no one stood up from their counter to help me, and I was given zero helpful information. I would give this company a zero review if I could because that is how helpful they were.

After driving 35 minutes to get there, they had decided to close early on a Friday afternoon. Since their hours already do not support any weekend showroom hours for those who work, this is not a good option...

Definitely, Cosentino Charlotte has wonderful options for kitchen countertops. If you are considering to remodel your kitchen visit their show room, many interesting options.But the best of these guys is the customer service, awesome !
