Friendly staff. Despite it being busy, one young lady (don't remember her name, she was there midday on Sat. 10/28) went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were helped.

You just can't find the variety they have here, in the mall, and it's not even close. The unique shoes to choose from are so different from what you see in malls and different is what I like.

Outside of the classic Chuck Taylor's I saw mostly modern style twists for the 10-30 year old shoppers, especially the ladies. They do have accessories.

Stay away from this store and order online. Constant issues here. They never open on time, There’s been issues with particular shoes not scanning and me not being able to purchase them on one occasion due to “system issues”. The latest issue, drove there on Sunday to purchase some shoes for back to school. I get to the resister and pay for the shoes and when my card is charged I’m alerted immediately. I get an immediate alert saying my card was charged for the shoes, no problem on my end. The lady at the register says “we have to swipe again, it didn’t take” and I show her my bank statement on my phone. I asked to speak to the manager immediately and he swore they’re having “issues with the card reader” and he swore up and down the transaction is just a pending transaction and it will fall off in a few days. He insisted I needed to swipe my card again to complete my purchase. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable because what if the same “error” happened again? He insisted it wouldn’t. I swipe my card yet again for the shoes. Today I check my bank statement and the charge is no longer in pending anymore because it’s showing in me recent transactions…. twice. So essentially I have paid for 1 pair of shoes twice, which I TOLD them would happen and I was nervous about that happening . Now I have to file a dispute. This store needs to just shut down, they can never get it together. Will be shopping online moving forward.

I was in and out in five minutes after finding what I wanted, trying it on, and purchasing the items. Location was well organized and employees were helpful.
