Like everyone else is saying this place has some of the worst pricing I’ve ever seen for a thrift shop. $200 for a used coat, $3 for one small kids book, $10 for used sunglasses, $5 for a bucket with a hole in it!!!! I made the mistake of coming here, but it won’t happen again.

I have been shopping at this location for YEARS. I agree with all of the other posters here. Even with their special color tags that give discounts, everything is way overpriced! It's all a game and an illusion that it's a discount because the prices on the items should never be that high in the first place. I went on a Saturday and it was almost empty! You used to have to find parking, but NOW, you can drive right up.
I saw a used dress for $34.99! They can't be serious. You can find brand new items for less than what they charge here.
I used to LOVE coming here, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.
This store knows that it's in the 28208 zip code which is in a lower income area. Who are you all catering to? With these prices, certainly not the community. Shame on you all for jacking up the prices on items freely given to you.
I try to stay positive in general, but this place is going to lose lots of long time customers....actually they already have!!

This place is a joke, is supposed to help out the community but they got stolen goods and they are selling them like if they were new, the police should come and shut this plcae down.

The store was very clean and surprisingly not packed with shoppers on a Saturday. I used to go here all the time since the 90s and finding parking used to be very hard. Lately the lot is never anywhere near packed. Once you get inside you will learn that this is due to the incredibly insanely high prices. $15 for someone's old work shirt?? $50 for shades you can buy online brand new for $30???? $10 for used cheap cookware?? Even somethings have a pricetag still attached and the price on the tag is less than the Community Thrift price. I won't be returning to this once great thrift store. I drove 45mins to get there. Never again. I suggest not wasting your time going here unless you want to pay overprice for items they got for free. I went to the mall and got some nice new items for way less.

This store gets no stars from me. This is not a Thrift store. The prices are extremely high. How can you over price items that are donated? This place need to be shut down. You use to be able to try clothing on but the money hungry owners took the dressing rooms out. This is definitely not a thrift store for the community. Y’all are robbing the community. I don’t see how you sleep at night over charging for used donated items.

If I could give zero stars, I honestly would.
I'm disappointed with my recent visit. The staff was unprofessional, discussing another customer right in front of me. The prices are far too high for the quality of the clothing, even with the so-called "tag discounts." This will be my last time coming here. I used to visit with my great-grandmother and enjoyed the nostalgic experience, but it’s sad to see how much it has declined over the years.

I don't know if it's new management or if someone is going hard on the pipe but the prices are INSANE!! They are charging full retail or MORE than retail for some stuff. There's nothing thrifty about this place anymore. It used to be one of the best thrift stores in Charlotte but the greed has taken over and they would rather let stuff set for weeks in hopes of getting that extra dollar than just pricing it at a fair price to begin with.

Bought a kindle from here as well. Was priced suspiciously at only $5 and sure enough it was marked stolen/marked according to Amazon. For as much detail as they put into each item being priced, they knew for sure this was a stolen item more than likely. Scummy businessExtremely over priced. This isn’t a “thrift store”. They are selling jeans for $35 that are worth half that, books are $5, etc. every item in here has been looked up online and then given a price that’s higher than that.
