I called ahead and the associate was nice enough to hold a pair of hiking boots for me. The service was excellent, I will stop by again in the future, this was my first time shopping here.

I returned two items and only got refunded for one, and got the run around after that. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will buy from North Face and other brands before Columbia ever gets another dollar from me. Thieves

As always, the prices are fair to the quality of the products. Bought a pair of shoes that were on sale, and I was lucky that there was only one pair left on my size.
