The experience of purchasing your first home or any home can be stressful. The house search was the most difficult part for me thanks to my dream team, Connie Ward of Connie Ward Realty and Jordan Gloekler at Colten Mortgage. They held my hand, guiding me along the way making sure the process was as smooth as possible from my verified approval phase through closing. Jordan's knowledge coupled with superior customer service makes him an amazing Loan Officer. He is always available willing to do whatever it takes to close the deal and get the job done. I'm glad he helped make my first home purchase a memorable one.

Do not do business with Kyle McDonough. Thought this place was awesome at first. Worked with them through a loan that fell through due to the seller. Found a new home and rates changed so we started looking for better deals. Kyle said the VA appraisal was ordered but it could be transferred if needed. He said himself he couldn't compete with the other rates we were quoted but he would try. He wasnt able to deliver. As soon as we notified Kyle that we were going to be using another lender, he became very unprofessional and canceled the appraisal instead of transferring it like he said he could do. The loan processor said he would try to recall the appraisal but Kyle came back and said they are canceling it. This shows the level of professionalism and care Kyle really has for clients. Definitely not a good way to do business. I hope no one else gets treated this way when they are trying to do what's best for their family.

What an amazing journey with Colten Mortgage!! I am grateful for Tim Jankowski because he was so thorough with the process. His patience with me was unbelievable. He explained to me every step of the way, he was honest and up front with what to expect and made sure I understood what was happening!! I can honestly say now that I have a better understanding towards my mortgage and what it entails. I am truly grateful for people like Tim who takes the time to explain and who enjoys their profession. Thanks a lot

I had an awesome experience refinancing my home with Allen and his group at Colten Mortgage. Everything was done online and the closing attorney came to my home on the day of closing. Overall couldn't have hoped for a better experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home loan process!

With Colten Mortgage and the Colten Mortgage team, I had a great experience because the communication was top notch. Katie Cobb and Ricky Peters both responded quickly and answered any questions I had. They both worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. We finished by our deadline. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Also, Kenneth got me started and also was very friendly and helpful in the process. I would definitely recommend this team & Colten Mortgage for refinancing.

We had the best experience with Colten mortgage! Jon and his team were a dream to work with and I will be only working with him in the future! He was very quick to get back with us with any questions we had even as late as 7 o’clock at night on a weekend. The process was so efficient and quick that we were able to close on our home two weeks early! I cannot say enough good things about Jon and will be referring all of my friends to them!

I can’t tell you how wonderful Scott Baucom is. He truly save myself and my home. Going through a separation and he stayed with me the whole process. I did not think I could make any of this to work and he just did Everything for me. Communication was amazing. I never had a second thought about anything. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have lost my family home. I would and will recommend him to anyone. The girls in the office were amazing also..Stephanie and Lindsey. This whole experience has been life changing for me and for that I thank you so much. I am so happy with everything.
