I planned months ahead for the move. They didn't have a truck ready to move my stuff, I had to wait. They even added an extra $1000 on my payment. The stuff was already in the truck and I was just ready to move, so I paid the extra. I wouldn't want to deal with this business again. Real rip off!!

The three young gentleman who helped me move were very friendly however when I started on boxing my items I found numerous things that were broken. Four of my seven lampshades were ruined. Two picture frames were completely shattered. And several other items broken one including a Tiffany lamp that my children gave me 20 years ago that is destroyed and irreplaceable.My best friend was with me as they were moving the items into my new house and she and I both heard breaking glass and ask them what it was and they said they did not know.I have emailed the manager of this company in Charlotte and he has yet to respond to me. he will not return my emails or phone calls. I am highly disgusted because I am out probably $1000 because of damages and I would never use this company again. TO THIS DAY NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME!!!!!

I moved over a month ago now and when I moved my movers not only damaged several things in the move such as my flat screen tvs, my bed post, the walls of my new apartment, several broken dishes etc. I have been trying to call for several weeks to get an update on the “claim” that was filed and I keep getting the run around. The receptionist is always the only one in the office and management never answers their phone. I have called at one point of time and the receptionist said that the manager knew my issue and would call me and that was last week sometime. This company is extremely shady with how they conduct business and the service was very poor, not to mention when the workers came they took over 6 hrs to move a two bedroom to only 15 mins up the road on a home that was already completed packed up. The workers took time to talk to the surrounding neighbors and took long extensive breaks as they were still on the clock while I was being charged for the service. I ended up paying over $900 for less than professional work. I am still currently waiting for them just to do the ethical thing and to pay for the tvs damaged in the move. I highly would not recommend.Update: 7 months later and they have still not paid anything for the damages nor have they compensated me in anyway possible for the damages.

Do not use! They moved my mothers belongings into storage and the bottoms are falling out, glass broken, etc. this is how they packed the unit and boxes. I’m owed money from them as well $250 to be exact, but the manager never called me.

Had scheduled to move hot tub tomorrow, they knew I was the one who would've been paying them, but they called person we were buying hot tub from instead. Granted, he is the one that initially called to set up move, but still should've contacted me too. Bad customer service.

Needed last minute help unloading 2 large uhauls. They were available the day I needed and was able to give me a quote over the phone. I do recommend trying to be the first appoint of the day if you are on a tight schedule. They ended up staying late on the first job that day which put them behind getting to me. They made up for it by sending an extra person to help. They were great! Highly recommend.

This company is the worst. DO NOT USE. You have been warned. The guys they sent out did not tell us they put holes in the walls. They bent the washer storage base, they dropped the washer on its face. They broke the trim piece of my sleep number bed. They never said anything when they put the holes in the wall, when they dropped the washer, they said it just scratched it a little it should be fine. We won't know if the washer will work until we move into our new home 2 weeks later.

While exiting our property, College Dudes hit our exit gate causing damage to it. I've been in contact with them, and they have yet to call me back. Judging by the other reviews, they seem to be very careless. Hopefully they will contact us soon to resolve this matter.

This company is a scam and ghosted me on my move-in day! I booked a move with them 3 months ago and paid a deposit. I received two confirmation emails the week before the move date reminding me of the move. The day of, nobody called me or showed up to do the work. When I tried to call the company, they informed me that their Raleigh office had closed and that they would not be performing the move. Abraham, who I spoke with, was apathetic and rude, and will not return my phone calls now. My deposit still has not been refunded. This company is a scam and I have reported them to the NC Utilities commission, who informed me that there is already a hearing scheduled to take action on other complaints towards this company. They need to be shut down immediately.

Our experience with this firm was very poor and under no circumstance would I recommend using them. We were fortunate to have one positive experience with them in early 2020 but then upon using them again nearly 18 months later we had a *terrible* experience which was not resolved equitably. My wife and I spent months emailing and calling and faced stonewalling by sales reps, with claims forms lost on two occasions. Ultimately, she was offered $90 to resolve the claim, based on the weight of the damaged items, which is insulting in light of the value of the severely damaged items (not normal moving scuffmarks, but pieces being broken outright). *** During our move on 8/11/21, the movers damaged severely a two-piece dresser, despite us letting them know they should take extra time if necessary to move it safely. The mover initially told me they had broken the bottom shelf only, and then later when I was closing up the storage unit, I noticed the move team had split the side of the top portion of the dresser (see attached photos). They failed to tell me this. The dresser now needs extensive repairs. I was asked by the company to weigh this piece. However, lifting this dresser in its current condition would have further damaged the piece. Another box labeled Fragile was dropped from the back of the truck by careless use of a dolly, which was witnessed by me, and the items in that box were broken. The company was unresponsive for the longest time and then the offer to remedy the situation was wholly inadequate. (0 stars)

I saw the reviews of this company after I had already booked them. I was really nervous about them coming to my move. These gentlemen showed up on time and provided an excellent service. They took great care and handling all of my items that I packed up. They asked me questions when they had them, and genuinely made sure that I was happy with how they were stacking boxes and loading the truck. I would absolutely use this company again. The total time it took to pack up my one bedroom apartment and move 10 minutes across town and unload my items to my house, was around three hours or so. These guys rock!

I would give negative stars if I could! This was by far the worst experience I've had with a move and not to mention the extreme lack of professionalism!!!! To start, I was quoted a price to move by a salesman prior to the move. We agreed on a price and I was satisfied. Prior to the move I had to speak to my salesman because we had to be out of our house a certain day and would not be able to move into the new home until a couple days later. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem I would just be charged a storage fee. NO PROBLEM! That works great for me. I was told my items would be stored in the truck, locked up and would stay at their facility until it was time to move. The day I'm suppose to move a GM (Josh) calls me to go over the details. He first tried to up sale me on another gentleman then he proceeds to tell me that my move would cost more than said because it is considered two different moves "of course I was never told this by the salesman ". Of course I'm furious but don't have a choice because I have to be out of my home. At this point the gentlemen arrive to move my home. Not only smelling like a pound of weed the lack of professionalism was amazing! On top of not getting the job done in a timely manner, they broke many items and tried to hide it!!!! Now, let's get to the move to the new house. First they were late and this was a different crew. They proceed to tell me I'm going to be mad when I see this truck and tell me the truck that had my belongings in it had been driven around the day before! Why??? Why would the truck that was full with my items be driven around? Why was in not secure in the yard as I was told it would be? We'll we proceed to open the truck and my items were thrown everywhere as if it was going to the dump!!! More items broken, scratched torn up. Just in complete shambles. I then want to speak to the GM and he proceeded to pass the buck to someone else and wouldn't speak to me. I will be contacting corporate and my lawyer in the coming week to get some resolve. I will also be speaking to my local news channels to investigate their practices because they seem extremely unprofessional and do not care about the customers items or the customer!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

This truck almost run me off the road. Very unprofessional, dangerous and immature. They cursed me out after I beeped at them. I was driving in the car with my kids. If I wouldn’t have jumped into the lane next to me they would of hit me and run me off the road. God forbid you ever come across them in the freeway. Please stay clear and aware if they are ever around. Management should do a better job when hiring and completing driving records. 03/21/2022
