Unfortunately this is my neighborhood grocery store so I resort to shopping here more frequently than I'd like. Occasional deals on things which are nice and they are generally stocked on items but employees here are not the best and the parking situation is atrocious. Always so jammed up and crowded if coming at lunch or in the evening. People working the deli/seafood counters are extremely lazy and take forever. One time the guy working the meat counter refused to cut us a piece of meat and told us to come back at 7 am when they opened the next morning when it clearly stated they were still open.

We came to Harris Teeter to purchase King crab legs, spent almost $100 on little less than 2 lbs. Upon cooking them today they smell spoiled and inedible. I'm very upset as I would expect a well known establishment to take better care of their seafood and not serve if not good enough. My family and I could've gotten sick due to this issue. Please be more careful, customer safety is always first.

This would be rated higher if the customer service didn't suck. There are a few people that are awesome that work here, but most of the cashiers are rude and don't seem like they want to work. A young man named Sam was the absolute worst so far, he did not acknowledge us in anyway or say one word to me the whole time. Even when it was time to pay, he didn't tell me my total he just stood there and looked at me. The bagger James also never acknowledged us or offered help out. This is the only place I shop because I love the quality of products but please improve the quality of associates.

I pass up 2 other locations to come to this one! Best meat, produce, wine selection and deals. Love the ladies at self-checkout!! Always clean too!! Notably...Bill and team in the back Starbucks are amazing!!! Super friendly and great customer service.

Some of the best brisket I've ever had they were cooking right outside, The beef was juicy and tasty, and 12 bucks for a soda chips and a sandwich was a good deal. Very professional and very friendly.

Came here on my lunch break looking for hot food options. Their selection actually looked really good. I knew there would be rotisserie chicken and the usual salad bar but this store also had a station for Asian cuisine. The store was rather clean and well staffed. The other customers were rather friendly. It wasn't my first time in a Harris Teeter but my first time in this location and I will say it left a really good impression.

I am a Team Harris Teeter fan, but this location is my least favorite in Charlotte! It's super close to me so I try to keep giving it a chance, but I'm about to start driving further to another one instead. First off, I recently ordered groceries online to be picked up on a later date. My pickup time was "3:30-4pm" so I decided to get there right at 4pm assuming it would be ready. The poor girl they sent out to tell me they hadn't even started shopping for me yet I felt so bad for- it definitely wasn't her fault and I appreciate the kindness she showed me! But I did need the groceries that day, so I waited in my car for 30 more minutes while they did my order. By that point I could've ran in myself and got everything, so I may rethink ordering ahead next time. I also get frustrated by how unorganized this Harris teeter is. I feel like everything is all over the place and adds way more time to each shopping trip. The staff's attitude is very 50/50 when I ask for help finding items inside as well. Since this is up the street from me I'm sure I'll be back, but I do hope I get better experiences next time.

A little disappointed at how how the store is handling (or lack there of) the most recent mask mandate for the county. Despite the sign on the front door saying "mask required" and the employee monitoring the front door, I still counted 5 idiots waking around with no face covering! Perhaps they came in the other entrance by Starbucks? There shouldn't be this much opportunity for error. I even saw one customer right near the deli counter without a mask on, and no one said anything. I am not trying to get into an argument with anyone not wearing a mask.. so I rely on the employees to do their job and use their authority to make sure rules are followed. Frustrated.

Very very very pleasant employees! And they had all the registers open! AND the cashiers had baggers! Awesome I’m from South Abington TWP Pa visiting. Will definitely go there again!
