I've been taking my pups to CG FOR MANY YEARS-they have always (first and foremost) taken excellent care of my pups, particularly as they aged. Now I have a middle aged rescue who is so shy she can't look at you. Yet when we arrive she relaxes in their arms and is a happy, pretty girl when I fetch her. Would not trust ANYONE else with my pups. My dogs are perfectly groomed-even my breeder friends admire their work.

We have been loyal customers of Classic Grooming since bringing home our dog in 2016. We always admire their professionalism, communication and services. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly! We feel fortunate to be their client and happy that they are present in the South End community!

This is the best groomer anywhere! They are professional, courteous and provide top quality grooming. They do the best job on my dog and are the friendliest too. I get soooo many compliments on my dog’s grooming. I love these guys and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also, you are supporting a locally owned business.

I have been a client of Classic Grooming since I moved to Charlotte with my 2 Scotties 10 years ago. I have always been satisfied. They have cared for my new puppies as they arrived and grieved with me as my older dogs passed. My newest Scottie is the best dog ever, but a monster when it comes to grooming. They have spent hours helping him learn to trust and accept grooming. Today he had his first full Scottie cut. I will let you decide for yourself if my five star rating is deserved.

They were very careful with my dog as he can be a little guarded at times. The love and attention they gave him was well taken as he was very happy once finished. Will be back.

We take our westie here because his coat requires handstripping and we love the outcome. Whereas before dirt would constantly stick to his coat, it now mostly brushes out and he can go longer without a bath (every 3-4 weeks vs every other week). The owner is very pleasant and courteous and we so appreciate the precautions they have taken during the pandemic to keep everyone safe.

I cannot say enough good things about Classic Grooming! I have a labradoodle which can be a more difficult breed to groom, but he looks amazing at every visit. The staff goes above and beyond for their clients and I always look forward to taking my dog in. Thank you Classic Grooming!
