Can’t say enough about this establishment. First, let’s be clear, this is a beautiful store with wide variety of cigars for every customer at whatever price they intend to pay. The staff/partners clearly care about the customer and show great appreciation for their business. There is no elitism/upselling/or judgment, only attention and desire to ensure the customer had a good experience. After my experience today, this is where I’ll be buying my cigars for years to come.

I just left this location. I walked in and there was no one to service me. I noticed 2 gentleman who were sitting outdoors smoking a cigar. So, after looking around the shop, I left.

Purchased Quorum cigars on Sunday. The gentleman behind the countertop told me they are the #1 selling cigars in the United States. I tried to smoke 3 of them and they ALL fell apart. As you try to smoke them they leave little bits in your mouth, if you try and re-cut them they fall apart faster. I smoked white owl back in the day and they seemed better.
