most of the staff are good and genuine. i would rate 5stars for service and people that work day time. But some of overnight shift is terrible, mostly new ones. they close the doors for some personal reason not sure why. today i went to buy some stuff at 11:20pm. Guess what, they are not open. who wants to visit store if they are not open when you need.

This was the worst men’s restroom I’ve ever been in! Filthy!! The toilets were overflowing the water faucet was broken too. It smelled horrible! The food area was dirty too. I rate it a 0!

this is arguably the best circle k in Charlotte. i will say that lately the grounds container at the coffee station has not been cleaned. I'll usually clean it myself but at what point do the employees take initiative to keep up with a popular item that's always sold? also they're always out of French vanilla or Carmel macchiato creamer. the associate Charlene always has something smart to say like "you know you could self check out" like I don't use it all the time as it is. like I said, I like the place but I can tell theres lack of care lately.

Convenient. Apple Pay is available at the pump. Although there was no soap in the restroom, there was a hand sanitizer dispenser out at the pump.

All Circle K stores are the same. It depends on whether it's located near a major highway or popular road. You will find people floating in and outside the stores asking for money or selling.
