My experience with my visit to this store was great! I asked an employee to borrow an electrical outlet and she helped me find one, no questions asked.

Came in to buy some chocolate. Older heavier man, Lynn, was sitting at the register. Asked him to grab me some cigars which he was not happy to get up. After ringing up I asked how much the cigars were and he told me price. I simply mentioned I have never seen them at the price and he rudely responded “If you live in the poor side of town it is cheaper but here in Ballantyne it’s more expensive”. The man is a master of the obvious and also extremely racist! He followed it up by mentioning he was the manager and placed orders so he knew the prices. The last $3 I will spend at this store which is blocks away from where I live and will avoid a Circle K when possible.

Bought my 3 year old a chocolate milk here today. Expiration date says Sept 2022. It is currently March 2023. Should never have been on the shelf that long.

Decent and friendly guys .. clean place . Lots of options for food and drinks. The only issue is that two times in the row I bought an empty bbq sandwich from them for 5.69 ( just the buns ) .

Horrible wash... got the premium and car looks worse now than before. Vacuum doesnt work to boot. If I could leave zero stars I would.

literally walked in to get a coffee this morning and the guy working mad me feel sooo uncomfortable, he literally stalked me the whole time i got my coffee then ignored me even i went to the register and literally LOCKED the doors behind me once he seen me get into my car, very very uncomfortable and being a brown skinned person i felt targeted.

Worst customer service. Laurie was very rude. The gift cards that I tried to buy she stated that there not on the system ( I tried 2) is not my fault that they do not have the products on the system, then I I tried to buy a visa gift card and gave to her my debit card to pay for it and she did not take. She said only cash. Debit card is used like a cash. This lady was so rude and unhelpful. Circle you should do something with this kind of employees.

Around 3:45 today on July 16 I was attacked at your gas station due to the gas station attendant. After paying for gas inside I walked outside to see a woman screaming at her husband and throwing things into the parking lot. Halfway to my car things get physical and violent. The man in the passenger seat is fighting with the woman. I immediately warn the attendant before trying to safely leave. Not long afterwards the fight settled and he walked inside while I pumped my gas I was out. He walks my direction cursing at me for telling on him. The cashier identified me to the violent man while I was pumping gas for alerting her of him. I fear for my life so my name is not on review but authorities, and the owner needs to know. The cashier put my life at risk and I want justice. Check the cameras!
