Bought a wash code about 2 weeks ago. Car wash isn't working. Tried to use at another location as I've done in the past and code didn't work. Returned to store and told clerk. She said no refunds for wash codes and can't use at another location. It was less than 3 months ago when I bought a code from same store and used at another. Sent email to Circle K over a week ago. No response. Inconvenient.

Reporting inconsiderate, non helpful and non professional staff. On12/18/23 my husband came into circle K 8008 Harris Station Charlotte NC. He filled car full of gas & bought car wash. Proceeded to car wash but a trash receptacle was in the path blocking entry . He turned around and went into the store and reported the car wash was blocked. The male cashier told my husband the car wash was working .(attendant did not offer to move trash can or check car wash). My husband proceeded to car wash again. He moved the trash can himself. And proceeded to enter the wash. Car wash started but only ran briefly to spray under carriage of the car then car wash stopped working. After waiting to see if it would resume working. Drove back to cashier. Reported car wash wasn’t working and requested a refund. The car wash was $19.00 in addition to $66.00 . At this time there were 2 cashiers at the front. They both told my husband they could not give a refund. We feel thiswas a wasted amt. of time in addition to unfair business practice. I will be contacting the store mgr. to offer the opportunity to correct this in a fair professional manner.

I commend the employee tonight who helped me check-out. Very courteous, polite and thanked me for my business. I had just come from the 7010 University City Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 location where the employee there was useless.I'll be back to this location.I'd recommend.

Idk who needs to know this, but the workers are stealing lottery tickets. Saw it with my own eyes. They locked the door and was scanning the scratch offs and then rerolling them back into the holder. Straight criminals.

The manager at this store, is extremely rude. She knows nothing about customer service. I am surprised that she is still at this store. She yells at you, if you ask her a simple question. She is always sarcastic, in answering questions. She parks her Armada SUV, in front of the gas pump, preventing customers from pumping gas. This is very inconvenient for customers, especially in the evening hours, when the store is busy. She don't even get along with the other employees. I hope management can send her to CPCC, to take a CS class.

Usually i come here with no issues but today the little old lady at the cashier was extremely unpleasant. I asked to buy some relos and they were the wrong kind so i apologized and asked if i could switch and offered to pay the difference. However she was so unpleasant about it and told me that i’d have buy it full price which is dumb. But anyways she was also rude about the lottery tickets. Earlier she told my friend to go pick it out first then she’ll help them and then when i went back in 2 min later with my other friend i told him for lottery you have to go to the ticket station first and then she told him that he had to be in line to be serviced? Like she’s so unpleasant. If you don’t wanna be there then don’t be there.

Horrible customer service. Never had a cashier with a half decent attitude. Store is dysfunctional. 4 employees and only 1 register open. ice and fountain drinks have been out of order over a month and they charged me $1.19 for an empty cup when fountain drinks are supposed to only be $0.79 guess you have to pay extra for the air in the cup

If you don't want to work or don't know what customer service stands for then maybe do something else. In regards to person working may 6 at 1154 whom wasn't even behind register for a while.

I came in today and bought nachos and prepaid for the cheese sauce. Upon payment, I proceeded to put cheese sauce on my nachos. It would drip small globs if cheese. I told the lady at the register and she came and looked and messed around a little bit and said “there is some in there, you will just have to keep pushing the button.†Which I did and wasn't getting anywhere, eventually starting cleaning the funk around the coils and took the whole bag out and took the cap off and started squeezing the remaining cheese out all while they could see what I was doing which was THEIR job, no offer to help or offer anything.
