Has to be the worst Circle K in Charlotte. They’re always closed. I’m here now and they are closed at 11am. They are never prepared in the mornings for the coffee rush. Some of the early morning workers are VERY lazy. I asked the lady for some sugar and she didn’t want to get us any for our coffee so I left. I’ve been coming to this store for over 10 years now and it just keeps on getting worse and worse. One day I walked up to the door only for the associate to come lock the door in our faces saying he had to close. This store is TERRIBLE

Mgmt evidently changed 3-4+ months ago. Big big difference in attitude. Younger employees enjoy being BARELY civil to older customers, and CircleK persists in deceptive advertising. Visible price signs on cigs, for example, have impossible to read text (without climbing over counter) requiring multiple pack purchases to get that price, or paying 40-60 cents more than sign price for only 1 pack.I miss the friendly, cheerful female employees who used to work there.

There is white, female cashier with brown hair, that wears a black circle k shirt, that likes to rudely stare at people and then act like you are the problem when you call her out for it. She should learn some manners, or find another job.

They open and close when the feel like it say open 24 hours drive all the way up there and lady says they’re closed until 4am so why are you at the store if it’s currently closed very unprofessional inconsiderate and annoying

Closed again at 230. Needed fuel and hydration, I work a late shift. Sign on door says "closed for cleaning". There was nobody cleaning.

I am spending most my money at circle k store in Charlotte and the surrounding. But I never see rude manager tell the customer “if you don’t come here and use the bath room we will keep it clean” bad customer service and complain to busy . Don’t use the bathroom at this circle k so dirty never clean walls dirty. Door broke . Bad experience. I will never went back here again

Apparently they are closing down at 12am-4am but there are no signs or anything. They could at least inform customers they are closing and it is not 24/7 any longer. I understand it is for their safety since they have been robbed multiple times lately from what another customer informed all of us waiting to get in. But when you go to a store that’s supposed to be open always and they aren’t they need to at least put a sign on the door so people know.
