The young lady working 2nd shift, Dark skinned with braids & glasses - has the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced in my life. I came in spoke nicely, simply asked for what I needed and was immediately snapped at because she wasn't listening to what I asked for. Hostile and disgusting for no reason. We get you work in a rough area but that doesn't mean be disgusting to everyone you come in contact with. Do better when screening employees Circle K.

I really appreciate this store for their honest an loyalty to their customer. My dude left his wallet. These amazing people kept it an waited for him to come back. I really appreciate this staff this store will always get our business.

I’m so tired of Circle K locations being open “24 hours” yet employees stand at the door and look at you trying to get in during late hours simply because they want to. Don’t come here after 2am or you will not be able to use the bathroom or buy anything except gas. Truly terrible! So bad I had to post a review on Google.

The customer service is appalling. The first time went to this store the clerk was rude and nasty. I decided to shop here a 2nd time thinking she was just having a bad day. Nonetheless, today I discovered that it's a culture. The two Clerk's today were just as horrible. Circle K your staff needs customer service training.

Terrible customer service. They aren't open 24 hours they close in the middle of the night and only let their friends in. Making I'll never come back to this store even if it's the only option for gas I'd rather brake down then go here.

Would give zero stars if possible. Brand new store and it’s already DISGUSTING. No toilet paper in bathrooms atall. Cigar tobacco all over the toilet seats and floor. Food in the corners of the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting

That is a brand new store, and anytime anybody asks do you have a bathroom they always say no it's broken. The bathroom is not broken it's just that they don't want anybody to use it. Apparently probably some drifters I have went in the bathroom and messed it up, but everybody won't go in there and miss the bathroom up. It was a lady who was from out of town and she had to use the bathroom and the clerk looked at her and told her no it was broken so when she left out of the store, I said that bathroom was not really broken I said y'all just don't want anybody to use it, and he started laughing. So what does that tell you

Decent store, they do not honor the pricing that they have in the cooler where the drinks are. I saw the sign in the cooler that said 2 for $5 for the 32oz BodyArnor drinks. When I got to the register he said that corporate changes pricing without them knowing. I truly believe that is a lazy, bad excuse. They should not advertise a price if they do not intend on HONORING IT !!

My son is US Military and Black scheduled to be deployed for Ukraine this week. While enroute back to Norfolk from home state of Alabama our family stopped at Circle K for a fill up on gas and snacks and my son ask to use the restroom. The clerk a young lady who was Black was exceptionally rude said loudly, “Bathrooms are closed!” So, I politely asked how long would we have to wait thinking she meant closed for cleaning. A young Black male clerk politely said he would be happy to open it for us he just need to get the key. The female loudly yelled, “ I said bathrooms are closed!” So, we left deciding not to patronize a place with such ignorance and rudeness. She cost her company a sale that was over $100 dollars at the gas station just down the block!!! Never again will we give the our business and frankly she should be fired for she is not an asset to the company nor community. (03/07/2022)
