“I was frantically trying to find something to wear to a last minute event and thank god i stumbled into Pure. I had no idea what i wanted so i literally put it all in the hands of the sales associate, and Aliyah did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of and I received so many compliments on the pieces she put together. The store itself is very clean and well organized, and the staff and atmosphere is very lively and attentive!! I will definitely be back. Big shout to Aliyah and the staff at PURE Charlotte!!”
“Me and my husband have been coming here every week. We're always greeted by the workers. Before you walk inside, there's always a huge sign with displaying a percentage off. Last time we went, they had a .99 rack where we racked up. Even when we got at the register, we were still able to knock some $$ off. All the workers are very nice as well. We are now regulars here. So we'll continue to keep coming back.”

“I came into this location yesterday already with an idea in mind as to what I wanted to purchase. I have been to a lot of Old navy locations in various states and cities but the woman who I believe was a manager has to be by far the most delightful person I have ever came across at an Old navy location . She acknowledged me when I came in as well as stopped folding tables to show me some additional shirts I may want to pick up in addition to the items I already had. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn’t. She was a Caucasian woman, white red hair ( dark burgundy ). She’s truly great.”

“I was blessed to be able to be in this store a few days before heading back home to California. The manager greeted me right away with details of the additional 40% off all sale items in the store along with her outstanding customer service skills. I was so excited and fail to get any of their names. Everyone received a 5 star in my book that day in that store. I got some amazing deals that day and even the sales person was beyond thrilled. A bag I had in my shopping cart was on sale with an additional 40% off as well. You see I was born and raised in Charlotte and I truly appreciate the Southern Charm when I’m visiting however I have lived in California for over 40 years and all my shopping experiences at South Park Athleta have all been truly memorable. “What an amazing experience at Bella Princessa! The owner and her staff are absolutely amazing. We needed a dress for my nieces quinceañera. She has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheelchair. We were short on time and found a few ready made options but because of her proportions the dress we really liked would have needed so many alterations. The owner stepped in and even though she only had 5 days to turn around a custom made new dress she said to my sister in law “Your beautiful girl deserves to feel special and like a princess on her day, no worries I will make this dress you like to her measurements”. We are so grateful! She looked beautiful in her custom made dress. Thank you Bella Princessa!”
“I had gone to H&M at the North lake Mall in Charlotte NC....there was a very nice young man by the name of Avo....he was so very helpful and as I watched him...he had asked all the customers if he could help them with anything please ask....Not all young teenager's are destructive....This young man was very pleasant and he had a beautiful smile....thank you Avo for your help....”

“This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”

“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”

“I had a positive experience shopping for a stroller / car seat! I was fortunate to go in at a time they were slower and had one more employee on the floor than usual. She was super helpful in explaining how each model I was interested in works. It was so so helpful seeing all the models in person - they even let you try out putting the seat in your own car. Much better experience and more knowledgeable sales people than Nordstroms (in my experience!)”

“This spot is so cool. I have gotten a lot of good items from Kid to Kid for my 2 yr old and spent little to nothing between trading in his outgrown items and the shopping during the sales that they notify of. They are always stocked and all the items are neatly shelved.”
