I just showed up to open up a checking account. It is 4:45. When I came here they don't close till 5:00 and I was told I needed to set up an appointment. I didn't realize that they were doing so well that they don't need my business. They said it would take 30 minutes so they couldn't do it because they close at 5:00. I would think anybody who's in business to make money would actually go ahead and say it's worth 15 minutes more of their time. That they didn't tells me all I need to know about Chase and I would never put a penny into their Bank. I'm incredibly disappointed and I would give less than one star if it allowed me to. I guess Wells Fargo is the way to go.

your employee Markeivus Clenn did not solve my problem, he told me to call customer service when I knew that my problem was being solved at a Chase Bank branch

There is a police officer from the city of Charlotte welcoming us, very good, friendly service from the bank agents, I don't know if they speak Spanish, all the service was in English.

Beware of potential contagious illness within this establishment. Clearly ill employees have caused sickness with no remorse or attempt to avoid these type of situations. Something needs to improve VERY soon

Be careful in this branch. An employee came in to work OBVIOUSLY SICK, no mask, constantly coughing in his hand, and didn’t use a single drop of hand sanitizer. A day and a half later, I was also very sick. Now my baby is also very sick. I called to let them know he was contagious. The response I got was “did you ask if he was sick?” (as if I’m his manager) and that they all felt fine. Talk about lack of empathy. After seeing the world come to a complete stop over illness, one might think that common sense would have been exercised in this situation. IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME.Edit: I am currently at Levine’s Children’s Hospital with my infant. 103 degree temperature. That’s how sick he is. This was completely preventable. I will be calling their corporate office on Monday. CLEARLY training in cleanliness, preventing illness, and common sense is needed at this location.

TWILIGHT ZONE!!!Freedom Dr, CharlotteGot to the bank at 4:45. There was only 1 elderly lady in line trying to make a deposit from her card but the bank teller, Octavia, told her she couldnt. She could get cash. So the lady asked her to cancel the transaction because she couldnt carry that much cash around.I needed a cashiers check, had part cash $1500est and the rest on my card. Octavia couldnt process my card so I agreed to use the ATM near her counter. By then it was after 5pm, i thought the bank was closed, so I left my wallet and cards lying on her counter and she still had my ID and cash. However, a previous customer came back even though the bank should have been closed. Octavia proceeded to process his transaction with my stack of cash in her hand, my ID in front of her and my wallet and cards left open on her counter. She Never stopped him!She Never said I have a customer! She Never said a word to me!Never tried to give me back my money or ID. Nothing. So I stopped him and her and reminded her that my wallet and cards were still on her counter, she still had my cash in her hand, and that she hadn't finished with me.So the customer proceeds to hand me back my wallet and my cards so she could finish his transaction. Still Octavia never said a word. She just sat there holding my stack of cash in her hand while still processing his transaction. Then he says, "I forgot my receipt earlier and another employee says, "oh, I already shredded it", and he left. But I asked for the Manager! Octavia tried to say she was the Manager. To which I replied, oh no no no, "You can't possibly be the Bank Manager being this unprofessional". Finally the Branch Mgr/VP Cynthia Baker came over and Octavia told her that she didnt know I left my wallet. But what about my $1500 in cash and my ID that you still have! The bank Manager asked me to come to her office to which I thought was to apologize. But no, instead she says, "you should never leave your wallet on the counter." WHAT! So I went over everything again and she walked me out asking was that my first time coming to this branch? I replied, 'yes and I'll never be back!'Unprofessional. Everyone, do yourselves a favor and go to the University location. They are much more professional.

I absolutely hate coming to this branch. Its Wednesday at 1:02pm and there is ONE Teller. Are you kidding me? The other Teller is on lunch. I used to work in the bank peeks yime were between 12-2pm and 4-5pm. The Branch Manager should hire 3 Tellers so when one is out you have 2 at the Tellers window. 2 stars for the greeter and staff for always being friendly. However, the wait time is always too long.
