While filling out a deposit form, I was interrupted by an employee who insisted on telling me how to fill out the form, despite me politely asking to complete it on my own. The employee then informed me that if I made a mistake, I would be asked to leave the branch, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
I believe this behavior reflects a lack of proper training in customer service and made what should have been a straightforward task unnecessarily stressful. I hope that this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.

Horrible customer service. I simply wanted to open a business account. No way to do it with Chase online or branch. Bank of America got me set up in less than 15 minutes. Chase is worthless

Can't even use the atm and the security guard was no help. He was inside of the two door entrance lookomg at me. Might as just close this location down

If your thinking about opening a account at the new branch of chase in mooresville THINK TWICE big mistake they take your money and lock it up for 10 days with NO verbal notification!!!! On deposit slip says2 days which is reasonable on a new acct but checked our acct after verifying the the check we deposit (monthly payroll)had been withdrawn from bank they put a additional 7 day hold !! and refused to verify that fact !! Its the end of the month how are we going to pay our rent without being late!!! SO WRONG !!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE CHASE !!!! BIG MISTAKE !!!!!

Sat in the branch to purchase foreign exchange for about 30 mins. Missed lunch due to it. Was asked to provide my number and name to call back which was provided. Still have not heard from anyone.

This location is sorta weird when I walk in they look at me like I'm going to Rob the place makes me feel uncomfortable to come in the branch I hate even coming here I will start going back to the brand new beattisford branch plus when I was trying to reopen my checking account it took like 3 hours ridiculous I was talked to for 3 hours about things I kinda already new plus I went in recently a couple days ago and had another weird experience I was asking to change something on my account and how to fix a problem the banker didn't really help much and acted as if I was doing something suspicious. I feel racially profiled plus any bank fraud that's going on now isn't really all the fault of the people it's the low security measures in some of these establishments and phone and computer applications that should have been resolved. Chase also has also incorporated zelle in there banking app which has low security measures and they keep worrying about bank fraud if your so worried fix the issue. The bankers in here are time consuming they don't really get straight to the point they reask things you have already mentioned to them I hate to be the one to make it seem like that cause I know these jobs aren't the easiest but still

Don't answer the phone and not a good location with no parking. Need more locations close to uptown that aren't in the middle of the city.

One star for this location's customer service. When we walked in it was good to be greeted right away. As the seconds went by it was obvious he was in a confrontational demeanor as he informed it was by appointment only to be seen by a bank officer. We did our banking with the teller. The greeter would not stop talking (ranting). The teller did not count the cash withdrawal in order to ensure accuracy. Overall Chase Bank is not a bad bank to do business with, just avoid this location.

I do not like Chase Bank, the company. They have abysmal phone support and it always takes forever to take care of things over the phone. I hold an account with them only for my Amazon Prime membershipThat said, my experience coming into this physical location was phenomenal. Tyrone F. helped address the issues I was having with my online account and did so with good humor. I left satisfied—thanks Tyrone!
