I've had the pleasure to work with the CSR crew for several years and in different capacities (and would give them more stars if possible!). Charlotte Star Room and my employer, Tag Aero, have been working together for about four months now and I can’t speak more highly of them! Charlotte Star Room came highly recommended for a course that we were holding. From the start Levin made the entire process easy and straightforward.Chuck, Morgan and everyone on-site did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with their service and the finished product. Having Charlotte Star Room as a part of the team took a weight off of my shoulders with AV and I did not have to worry about that aspect of the lab. They were instrumental in creating a successful event for our organization.

Charlotte Star Room was a joy to work with. Our small non-profit, Do Greater Charlotte, needed a promotional video that stirred emotions to move people to action for a new creative lab for youth. Charlotte Star Room created a story that captured over vision and presented a message of passion, hope and confidence. The video became the catalyst for a full fundraising campaign that will culminate in the opening of the space in October 2022. Levin and team did exactly what they said they would do. And when you can move ideas to action, you can get results.

Our company has been using this company to produce videos for all of our locations in the US throughout the pandemic. This team is absolutely wonderful to work with and the pricing is more than reasonable with all that they do! They have been able to help us with videos with short notice and met a quick turnaround time. The final product for us has always been "top notch"! This company will remain our "go to"!!! I highly recommend them!

My daughter's 8th Birthday Party at Charlotte Star Room was a big hit! The girls had an amazing time dancing, posing for pictures are recording their songs. I loved that we could share the pictures and recordings with the girls' families. I would highly recommend Charlotte Star Room for a fun and unique party!
