It was our first time staying at this location! It is absolutely beautiful! Ms. Munter greeted us as we walked in and was super helpful! It was nice to talk to someone so personable and nice! The amenities here are amazing as well, you really don't have to leave the hotel. They have a restaurant and coffee shop here! This is on my list of places to stay while in Charlotte!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property while he was attending a conference at the nearby convention center. Everyone was very friendly & attentive. I would like to mention Zaprinthia, Front Desk Agent - she was amazing & helped us out with a reservation error that was our fault! She could not have been more accommodating. I would also like to thank Emory and Sebastian at the Valet Stand. They gave me walking directions, helped with the Uber pick up location, opened the Uber car doors - you name it. They also answered so many questions & could not have been nicer! Also, the bartender Brett was fantastic! The amazing hotel associates made the stay so enjoyable!

The Charlotte Marriott City Center lives up to its name! This modern hotel sits right in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, placing you steps away from the city's best restaurants, entertainment, and vibrant atmosphere.
But the walkable location isn't the only perk. The staff truly impressed me with their amazing service. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Sebastian helped us when we arrived and it made it so much easier parking the car and getting in and out of the hotel it made my session less stressful to have them there taking care of the parking piece!!
