Terrible parking space. Every floor has exactly the same letters and no floor numbers, which makes it extremely confusing to find it.

Event parking attendant working on 3/21/24 with long dreads was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The parking garage is an absolute madhouse, large trucks parking in compact spaces, people drinking at their cars. If the machine ever eats your ticket, don't expect help from anyone. You can call for help a million times and nobody will answer.

A little pricey but so easy in and out. So worth the cost of 25 bucks

Said do not take pictures or video in there at any time that’s is absolutely the dumbest thing I have ever heard. How the hell am I supposed to remember where I parked.

DO NOT SELECT THIS PARKING GARAGE. I know you think you are doing your family a favor by parking right next to Spectrum center, but this was, BY FAR, the worst parking experience I have ever had in over 40 years.Getting in, took over 30 minutes, to move the final 0.8 miles getting into this deck. 5th street is swarmed by pedestrians so don't think about that entrance, so 6th street is your only shot however, this parking deck only allows a single car in at a time. They have one person there either letting people a car in quickly if they pre-paid, or it takes 2-3 minutes PER CAR for people who had not paid in advanced. It was the most infuriating and slowest entrance I have EVER had getting into a parking deck. First process change is that they need to either charge people to leave or just tow away people who parked but did not prepay in the Parkwhiz app or at some on-site charging station that you can visit AFTER PARKING.This deck does have 12 or more floors, so there are lots of options but the ramps and lines are narrow. Expect more than a three point turn if you want to pull in between two cars. You are better off just going higher and looking for a spot that is empty on both sides to pull in quickly. Unfortunately, not everyone feels this way, so this ALSO adds to delays just getting in.The parking deck is at least well lit, so that is the only positive I can think of.Getting out. Ok, so your event is over, you walk right across the street from Spectrum to this place, but guess what, you cannot leave going out on 5th street, there are just too many pedestrians flooding out of spectrum to allow you to drive away, so you have to sit there until pretty much 70% of Spectrum has left the building, which means expect at least a 20 minute wait to leave the deck.If you are leaving, they have that spiral tunnel lane to get out... TAKE IT!!!! That is the fastest way out for anyone on floors 5 and above. Do NOT use the ramps because again, the tight spaces means you are waiting for everyone to take their 8 point turns just to safely get out of the parking spot which adds to delay. Also, if you are a good samaritan and took some trash with you from Spectrum and wanted to throw it away before getting in your car, guess what, this parking deck has NO TRASH CANS! Yes, you are paying for the most expensive parking spot for that Spectrum Center event, but this cheapskate Parking Deck Owner doesn't want to invest and deal with your pesky trash, so you deal with it on your own. There are two elevators at this deck, however one of them broke down while we attended a comedy show at Spectrum. After the event we went to the elevator and there WAS NO SIGN THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS DOWN OR WHERE TO GO TO FIND ANOTHER ELEVATOR. We just sat there like idiots pressing the elevator button for 3 or more minutes while more and more pedestrians piled up around and crowded the area, preventing any chance for a quick getaway. You'd think for $25 PER SPOT they'd invest 20 cents in a piece of paper that said out of order, go around to the other elevator.I BEG YOU!!!! PLEASE!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. DO NOT USE THIS PARKING DECK! You will have more efficiency, face less stress, save more time, save more money and your family will love you way more if you decide NOT TO USE THIS PARKING DECK! Please go to 7th street parking, or anywhere else. You could probably park at Bland street and walk down to Spectrum FASTER Than you can to get in and out of this parking deck.Seriously, just tear this structure down. It was the most painful parking experience in my life. Totally ruined what could have been an otherwise fine night. Also, notice the highly questionable sign that demands at no point should you be allowed to take a photo or video of this parking deck, yet right next to it is a sign that says, smile you are on camera? Isn't that something? This parking deck is a scam, taking advantage of their location with higher costs, but offering you NOTHING of value for it. Park elsewhere, imho.

The garage is convenient to quite a few restaurants and attractions. Clean and easy walking. Easy entry and easy exit. The parking spaces are small. It took me a while to find a larger space for my SUV; most were for compact vehicles. I was there from 3 - 7, so I didn’t experience any vandalism or witness anything that made me feel unsafe.

We prepaid - more than people that paid once they arrived. Handicapped parking was the worst! There were like 2 stalls per floor. My husband had to walk way farther than needed. Then the elevator broke and the standing was even worse for my husband. Okie side - there was an amazing employee directing people and telling them not to cut in line. That was nice!

It is very close to the Spectrum Center and the attendant was very kind, BUT the spaces are wayyyy too small!! I have a Toyota Corolla and I literally had to get out of the car before my boyfriend backed in to park and he almost couldn't get out. Again, wayyy too tight spaces.

I’ve gotten stuck in here twice now in a single month. There are no attendants and no one answers the emergency phone number, so if the gate/payment machine has an issue (which happens frequently), you’re out of luck if you need to leave. I had an emergency and needed to leave at 2pm on a Monday, and I’m stuck for 30+ minutes.

I always park here when I go Uptown. Clean, safe, and easy to get in and out. They don't over-charge for events or location, as close as they are to everything. Also, high-5s are free

BPA, Spectrum, and IATSE workers need full validation at this particular deck.
