charged two arms and a leg, and I know this person imagine if they didn't know you, they were supposed to replace my rim, and a bunch of other things that were super expensive and they did replace it with another terrible rim, which was almost 200+ dollars that's crazy beware do not recommend at all!!! Also, their workers do not know how to inflate tires. They overinflated my tires. I have to replace them.

Brought my stolen car here on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. It was quick, fair pricing and all around good customer service from start to end. They reply and get back to you quickly, give you an actual quote to look at, and did some services for me that weren’t included in my total. Overall 10/10 and would recommend for all car needs!

I have dropped close to 16k rebuilding a car with them and they do great work. Overall I have no complaints and I am not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to big bills. I want it done right and overall I give them 4.98 stars and I do recommend

These guys are great! I had a gas leak a few days before Thanksgiving at 8:30pm, I thought no place would be able to help at that late of an hour but Castro did! Made the repair and even found another problem that he didn't charge me for. I trust Castro Automotive for my future car repairs!

They completely disrespected my husband and ripped us off and lied and put some weird refurbished offbrand battery in my Mercedes' gl 450 and charged us full price saying he put a brand new battery in. Our normal mechanic we use got back fr vacation and I had to get my brakes and rotors replaced all the way around. While our normal mechanic is working on my car he calls my husband and asked him if it was a new battery that was put in my car because my car kept dying on him while he was trying to replace the brakes and stuff and my husband said yeah Alonzo just had it replaced over Castro. Our mechanic said there's no way that this is a brand new battery. So we take it back over to Castro and tell him that he needs to put a new battery in there like he claimed he did and like he charged us for. He apologizes and said he puts a new battery in. Well two weeks later my car is completely dead, the key fob won't even unlock it, it's so dead the lights won't even come on when you open the doors. My car needs a huge battery it uses a ton of electricity and Alonso put some janky no brand butthole battery that wasn't even near the amount of power and voltage I needed to keep this car running and going. Long story short for only 20 more dollars than what we paid him for this "brand new battery" that he swears he put in we got a brand new battery from Mercedes' with a 10 year warranty. This place only cares about making money and ripping you off. I don't even trust them to work on my sons pedal bike let alone a Mercedes.

Extremely unprofessional business. Be cautious bringing your vehicle here as they may totally ignore your needs for your vehicle and do whatever they want WITHOUT fixing the problem. I absolutely would not recommend ???
