I hate this place they want to take your stuff and say sorry while they take it and won't give you an extension over the phone and don't care if your having issues getting up there for example my car is not operating right now until next week so I couldn't make it up there to pay but I had the money I ask for an extension for next week I will have a ride to get there and pay for my items 2 PS5 video games and all the manager said was sorry if I can't get up there today they have to pull it tomorrow. They will be going out of business soon.

This place is a joke no wonder it's always empty. I came in today with a $400 Dell potable monitor in the box with papers never been used and the lady without even Opening the box said "we have something similar to that right there and they sell for $10 if you don't come back" but she pointed to a 10 year old standard hp monitor, I got a loan for 2 months ago at different pawn shop in Monroe and they gave me $150. This lady wanted to turn me away as soon as she let me in, she took a deep breath I was bothering her being there. I only wanted to borrow $50, even if I didn't come back it would sell on ebay for at least $300 in a day. This place used to be one of the best pawn shops now it's just a place where they under evaluate your items and make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Smh

I should’ve looked at the reviews before I even went inside the Manager Kevin he was so nasty in regard's to my necklace. I paid a fortune for my necklace and he already said because I had a necklace looked he didn’t want to buy it so when I went over to the side to look at the Jewelry he said, do you want to see anything and I said yes he said oh I need two forms of ID for anything over $2000 so I pulled out my work badge and my North Carolina state ID so he said no no no I need a debit card and I’ll and I said well you didn’t say that be pacific I would never ever come back to the store again in life!!! The manager is nasty, and he frown upon you when you walked through the door!!!!

If I could give a zero I totally would they are a huge rip off do not pawn anything there they ask for below below below price and literally will look at you in the eyes and be like this is all I can give you nah Im good you didn't think I would walk away from that price oof.... SMH

Don't waste your time here. they charge the full retail price for used products that barely work. Trust me take your money somewhere else unless you want to get ripped off. I even bought a bracelet from there last year and brought it back and had it checked and they told me it was fake and didn't have nothing to say when I showed them the receipt that I bought it from them .nothing but a bunch of scam artist trying to rip you off

Walked in here so my nephew could sell his game system. I was helped by a lady named Toni which may I add was still new and in training while she was in the middle of talking to me about my transaction the rude store manager pulls her and tried to put a sales person named Julius in front of me and I said no I was working with Toni and would like to finish. The store manager stood in the back of her and said I know what I'm doing and everyone needs to let me do it thank you. Very rude. Toni is in training and he basically talk to her like trash on top of that the item we were selling was in excellent condition one controller had a glitch. So he told me he decided not to take the item he is the manager and he decides which I really felt like he was mad because I asked to deal with Toni and told him how rude he was. As if he was paying a million dollars please u were only giving him 30 dollars for a PS3 may I add. So I will never go here and deal with this rude store manager

The manager is very nasty with the way he handles business. The prices are very expensive for used items. They buy these items for cheap and then sale them for 3 times the amount. I get you want to make money but if someone wants to buy more than one item you should be able to come down on prices because they are not brand new.
