Unsatisfied … you will probably have better luck at the location at Sharon amity or north Tyron. After I pay off my layaway I won’t be going to this location for items unfortunately .

Terrible business, called to ask a question, as soon as she said no,she hung up immediately didn't even ask me if I have other questions or anything. Very unprofessional.Terrible customer service. Lady very rude. They lucky I can't give them zero stars

This Cash America on Woodlawn Road Used to Be one of the best in Charlotte but now it's just a miserable place when the current manager took over I think her name is Crystal she is not a pleasant person to do business with I bought a bunch of Blu-ray movies to sell and she turned it down didn't even look at what I had but just mumbled we don't take these. So I told her I would take my business somewhere else took them to North Tryon and the manager at that location gladly brought them her loss their gain.

As soon as I walked in, the employees didn't greet me, or speack to me. The two employees just stared at me as I walked in. I called the store just now and told the lady, " you need to smile." Just for that you get one star.

This is the worst Cash America I have been to in Charlotte!!! We ring the bell, this weird lady comes to the door and lets us in... head down didn't speak or make eye contact. We're looking at the jewelry, no one which is extremely hideous and over priced and we look around the barren store for the lady working there and she's watching Jerry Springer with some other lady somebody clearly forgot they were at work! DISGUSTED IS WHAT I AM TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! Not pleased at all.

I Was sent to this location due to another location not being able to authenticate my designer purse. Upon arrival I was told this location the only person who knows how to identify is on vacation. What poor training and customer service. No wonder they look as if they are going out of business.
