I Started going there a few months ago. Prices were kind of high but I have learned in life, you get what you pay for. So I was willing to pay for good CLEANING services. However, after several visits and having to take back several pieces for “REDO” due to poor cleaning I decided not to return! My last visit the “REDOs” came back the same way I took them with the same food stains. It felt like she had just retagged and repackaged what I took back and never sent them out to be reclined. The same food stain in the same place. This was the “REDO”. So I used a wet cloth and wiped them off myself and decided NEVER to go back. HIGH PRICES & POOR CLEANING !

I would leave a zero star review if I could. The woman at the counter was insanely rude, did not listen to my needs for shoe repair, then refused to repair my shoe because I did not need the service for both shoes. Please do not waste your time, nor money at this so-called dry cleaner/shoe repair shop.

I went to this cleaners because it was recommended to me by a friend who altered her wedding dress here. It was my first time altering a dress and I had about a week before my event. The dress was very long and it had a tail that I wanted gone. I also didn’t want to wear a bra and the dress fit me loose from the front and I also had by back portion that was standing out because it wasn’t fitted. This dress was very complex to fix and I was afraid not just anyone was able to do it and I was running out of time.When I went to this cleaner I was afraid that they would turn me away. I asked for it to be finished within a week and I explained my issues with the dress. I work two jobs and it was imposible for me to have time to get it fixed.They let me know they would do it and got my measurements. I was happy with my results and I didn’t have to wear a bra. The height was perfect because it didn’t drag in the floor but it was still floor length. I got lots of complements and my husband loved it!

Great service. Great dry cleaning and wash service. I love it that they don't use scented cleaners. I go here all the time.

She had to change her business hours due to Covid, so it was hard for me to pick my items up. She agreed to wait for me 15 minutes after closing so that I could pick up my items. Had she not, I would’ve had to take time off work to pick them up Monday. Great customer service and my comforter was packaged very nicely for only $35!!

Charged $20 per single layer single pane curtain to be hemmed... and didn't even steam or iron them. Extremely wrinkled would have expected them ready to hang for $40.

I have been using them for over 20 years . Excellent service . Eco-friendly no odor dry cleaning services. They also have a shoe repair and alterations service !

I absolutely love this place. I honestly have no idea why this amazing cleaners is only 2 stars I would give it ten stars if I could. I've gone to these cleaners for everything from dry cleaning to shoe repair. Great job guys keep up the great work!!??

if you're looking for the worst dry cleaner in charlotte: look no further! i don't understand how a dry cleaner could actually create more wrinkles in the shirts than before they were dropped off. personally the customer service has always been good, granted i have been in these locations in which other customers were not treated as well (clothes missing, not on time or lack of attention to detail for specific requests) for a company to charge premium pricing you would expect that company to provide quality results. shirts that have multiple creases and wrinkles not just in one but almost every of the 20 shirts is inexcusable. i am not asking for anything more than the shirts to come back cleaned and pressed "properly". feel free to try them out for yourself, beware of your clothes coming back with unwanted creases and wrinkles...

This cleaners is the absolute best dry cleaners I have ever been to. The owner/operator clearly take a great deal of pride in his service to customers and quality of work. Hands down amazing operation.

I wish I had read these reviews before I visited this cleaner on 09/27/2014, took a brand black/white new dress to them purchased 09/11/2014 and when I picked it up on 10/02/2014 and looked the dress over, I noticed it had black stains on the white part of the dress. I didn't appreciate how she tried to play me and say to me "ohhh ohh he said he couldn't get the stains out the back". My response was " well how did he put the stains on the dress because it is a new dress that I just purchased and I have the receipt to prove and the strains were not there when I brought it in to you. I was due to pick it up today 10/06/2014, it is not ready. I will let you know the outcome. (hope it a good one) She is suppose to call me back in the morning 10/07/2014.Also took in my Nine West shoe collection to have the heel taps repaired, they did a good job on the shoes.
