After recently moving to Charlotte, I was desperate to find area rugs for our uptown PentHouse apartment. Everywhere I went had a limited selection. Finally, I talked my husband into taking me to the Carpet and Rug Superstore. We found four area rugs that are absolutely gorgeous. Jim, the store manager was very helpful in our selection. The quality of their rugs is excellent and they have a large quantity. So happy we found them. You can also buy solid color area rugs which are bound and the prices are more than fair.

I love my new rug from Carpet & Rug Superstore. They have a great selection and high quality. Jim was excellent to work with and very helpful in picking out colors and samples. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Carpet and Rug Superstore. The rug and floor selections are extensive throughout the store and the prices are competitive which of course is important… however what sets this store apart from the other rug/floor stores is the unbelievable service. Jim, the store manager was everything and beyond what we expected and could have asked for. Unlike many store managers, Jim answered all of my phone calls or he returned all my calls promptly. In addition, his knowledge of the products, the manufacturers and the industry was super impressive and his patience with me was most appreciated. He makes evening appointments to get accurate measurements before he places a detailed order. His professionalism and work ethic and communication was admirable. Even the crew he sent for the install showed up on time and finished the job quickly without any issue. The room looks beautiful and I am very grateful for this experience. I will order floors from Jim again and recommend him to anyone.

Absolute pleasure working with Jim. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The crew that did the install was great as well and very friendly. Came in and went straight to work. Was done in about 2 1/2 hours.

Jim was AWESOME in helping up pick out carpet for our bedrooms and a runner for our stairs. He had great recommendations and was so helpful. On install day, Miguel and his team arrived. They were AWESOME as well - they moved our furniture with care, were tidy and cleaned up after themselves, and did great work. Could not recommend this company and their all star team more! You will always have my business.

Oh my what a fabulous experience it has been working with Jim on my carpet redo and possible LVP for my other rooms! Jim came out and measured and guided me in what I was looking for in carpet replacement. He brought out the samples when he came to measure. Miguel and his team did the install yesterday. They are a top notch install team. It was a very big job and and am so pleased with their work! Thanks Jim!

I had a great experience getting a new carpet installed in my home. There are plenty of options to provide what you are looking for and Jim has a lot of knowledge on the products. The install took less than a day and the guys did a great job. They were respectful of the furniture they moved, they cleaned up after themselves, and the carpet looks fantastic.

The absolute best place for carpeting. Jim the manager was fantastic and the final bill was $50 less than quoted. The installer, Miguel, was top notch as were his assistants.You can't go wrong with this store. Honest, quality place!
