I have been with Carolina Dynamic Reality for several years. The team is awesome (Matt,Jennifer) and anyone else I've encounter. I've never had bad experience with this organization at all. Would recommend them to anyone this looking for a nice place to live.

I’ve rented with Carolina’s Dynamic realty on two separate occasions and both have been great. The office is really responsive and helpful. Communication is amazing and people have been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Extremely Unprofessional company that lacks integrity. Unfortunately they swindled me out of my deposit. I did read the reviews but wanted to give this company a chance because they did have new staff. Nope! Im also another victim. A costly lesson. But thanks to them I chose to never rent again and decided to purchased a new home. Guys run from this company and never look back. God bless all of those that this shady company victimized.

Rented a home through Carolinas Dynamic Realty and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Very easy application, reasonable expectations, and they have been extremely prompt with responding to any issues.. even getting someone out same day for a non-urgent issue.

Carolina Dynamic Reality is not a great company to Rent from or Sell or Buy a home. They are very unprofessional and rude. I rented a home and they charge me $540 to replace 3 blinds, light bulbs, removing cables cords, replacing the sink and tub stoppers, air filters and putting an old alarm system back on the wall. I would attach the bill if I could.... IT DON’T COST THAT MUCH TO REPLACE ANY OF THOSE THINGS.... RIP OFF... DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE...Secondly, they charged me $309 for a couch, table and bed rails that I forgot in the garage which they could have called the Charlotte recycled to pickup for free.. humm.. True I understand charging me a cleaning fee because I didn’t clean the house when I moved out. But these other fees listed is not fair to people who ask their Renters to post on their website to say how good there business is. Not a great way to do business Unprofessional Realty Company of Charlotte.... Now who gonna check me....

By far the best company to rent from they go above and beyond for their tenants. If there’s ever been an issue in the home it’s always handled quickly and correctly. They’ve never hesitated to replace anything that needed to be replaced. We are about to move into our second home within this company and are very excited to continue our business with them. We’ve rented through other companies before and no one compares, HIGHLY recommended Carolinas Dynamic Realty!

Jason and Matthew are professional, prompt, responsive, and the best agents I’ve worked with (3 purchased properties, 3 sold properties, and 1 rental property). They represent your best interests and negotiate fair settlements on your behalf. They’re honest, hard-working, and I trust them implicitly. I’d recommend them to anyone! It’s a pleasure to do business with them.

This company will find creative ways to take your deposit. The home was nasty when we moved in and was told by Matthew that the house was “as is” and to clean the home ourselves. Our home was thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving. Just to cover tracks because from the previous Google reviews they have swindled others from their deposit.They still charged us $700 out of our deposit. Jennifer is so unprofessional and has a very condescending tone when speaking with customers. We have never been late once out of two years of paying rent. Yet and still we were cheated out of our money. We will be going after this crooked company.
