EXCELLENT repair work (brought my car here multiple times now) and stellar customer service (always responsive on phone and even go as far as to send text message updates on the progress of the repair).

Giving 1 star because it won't let me do zero stars.Not even sure where to start lol ive had 3 experiences with this dealership and not one positive thing to say. Yesterday I brought my mustang in to have the transmission issues diagnosed (first gear lockout, grinds going into 2nd gear) and Check engine light diagnosed. When i dropped the car off i told them the issues with the transmission and told them exactly what the codes for the check engine light was for. Was hoping as part of the 220$ diagnostic fee they'd take the time to atleast check out some potential issues that would be causing the check engine light.(Running lean and random misfire). Ending up speaking to the technician on the phone and was given the same bs i was told by the service advisor. Basically told me they have no idea whats wrong with the transmission but they did come up with 7000$ bill to completely replace the transmission lmao. As for the Check engine the technician had no idea what the issue was except for recommending I LOOK at the spark plugs after I informed them they had been replaced post check engine light. Paid 220$ for them to tell me exactly what i told them but in different words. What makes this even more laughable on the receipt there is a blatant lie, it being cold my tpms light came on with the dash reading low tire pressure, on the receipt it clearly states "and adjust tire pressure" yet the low tire pressure light is still on. So im really not sure what they even did do or if it was all a sham to try and sucker me into paying 7 grand for a new transmission. The sales side of the dealership is no better, prior to me buying this mustang i was in the market in 2021 and they had a 2020 black gt I came to look at and some terrible salesman seriously avoided providing the carfax for the vehicle after we recognized it was repainted to black.(terrible paint job where you could see red paint in areas). Upon getting the carfax it was a rebuilt title vehicle that was not mentioned at all so thankfully we went during the day and saw how terrible the car looked in person and made sure to get the carfax before moving forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I had very high interest in a beautiful Ram 1500...called right away and told them I will be there from 5:30-6:30... depending on traffic...I called again cause I knew this truck was a steal and set up an appointment at 6:30... that's 2 phone calls now...on the way there THEY CALL ME... "still coming" "yes we will there at 6" not to mention the dealership was an hour away from us, welp we get there after 3 phone calls now and we walk in sit down and then we are told "truck sold this morning, the guy is sending a picture of the check Monday morning" okay so the truck ain't bought yet??? There was something sketch going on for sure. Anyways the manager is like "we will pay for you gas next time you need a fill up" Ahhh yeah that helps, we live an hour away buddy. They were all in all good people but just horrible lack of communication.

The lady at the front desk at the 5411 N Tryon location in Charlotte, NC is hateful and nasty. Satisfied with my car repair. I will never come back to this location because of the receptionist.

I was hit in the back of my car while pregnant ,and due to that my light bulb went off plus the damage done to the car. I drop off the car there and they only fixed what they felt like was related to the accident while all the damage at the time was due to the accident. Very unprofessional personal customer service too

This is the most unprofessional place I've been in since I've been in Charlotte NC. They lie and try to tell you anything just to get your business. I waited for 3 weeks to have 2 windows installed because of a break in. The kept telling me different things and and never reach back to me about my vehicle. Please, I mean please don't use this company, please give to anyone else, if not, you will be very upset.
