I am never going to any other pharmacy except Carolina Pharmacy in Arboretum!!!WOW WOW and WOW!!This team is incredible. Super helpful and friendly. They literally texted me about my orders and delivery!!When I’m inside the pharmacy I’m speaking with happy and helpful staff. Unlike the pain i have faced with big chains where the staff is overworked and a bit grumpy.If you’re reading this. Switch your prescriptions ASAP TO CAROLINA PHARMACY!!! Stop dealing with the nonsense of the big chains. This place feels Iike family.Special shout out to the entire team that has made me feel like family.

The pharmacists and entire staff are so caring. They each work diligently to get insurance issues resolved in order to fill prescriptions as promptly as possible and are excellent at communicating with patients about the status. It’s obvious that everyone at Carolina Pharmacy really care about their customers!

I was referred to Carolina Pharmacy by a good friend and I am so pleased with my experience. From the ease of using telehealth, the immediate availability, the quick responsiveness, the detailed explanations and willingness to answer any and all questions with absolutely zero judgement was so comforting. I feel like I am genuinely in good hands and heeding the advice of professionals who care, which is so important when it comes to your health. No complaints on my experience thus far, on both the personal and technical levels, and would recommend to all.

We have had wonderful experiences with Carolina Pharmacy at the Arboretum and appreciate their willingness to help us with our prescriptions and vaccines when we are in town from out of state visiting our daughter and family. We are here often and they have been so good to us each time!

From the owner to the receptionist, the care and concern for customers and patients are top-notched. They take the time to answer questions, obtain what is needed— this means the world to me!Very knowledgeable and the type of pharmacy we need more of these days!Finally, I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry a nice array of CBD products, including Delta 8 & 9 products that are clean with full lab reports available to see its quality. This is great, because no need to guess what’s in a product via online mail order.
