This is a smaller company and they don't have someone who answers the phone. You have to be patient. The communication was good and the final product is top quality. The installation was great. It took about 5 weeks from order time to installation.

Amazing service! They were careful to check HOA requirements and only replaced damaged parts, meaning I was not charged for things I did not need. The installer reset the post and cleaned the old parts to make the entire mailbox, paper box, scrollwork and post look brand new.
