I have tried to contact this company via FB, their website, the number they called me from as well as stopping by the shop when asked to. No response. It's sad because the crates are beautiful and I wanted to purchase one but I can't if I can't get a return email or phone call. Ughhh. I'm so disappointed. I feel sopped because I spoke to the owner and now I can't get back in touch with anyone.

My fiance worked with Viv to design our custom dog crate and I wasnt sure what to expect. When I went to pick it up I was blown away with both the product and the passion she puts in her work.The entertainment center dog crate is well built and looks great. Both extremely functional and eye pleasing. We asked for the wood to not be painted/stained because we hadn't decided on our living room colors and it looks so good unfinished we may leave it that way.When we went to get the crate Viv took the time to tell her story and explain the process. She told us to contact her with any issues. Great customer service! Very cool to get a well made product from an owner who takes pride in their work and takes time with their customers.Forgot to mention that Viv took time for several phone conversations and emails about the design of our crate as well.Service: Custom furniture
