I called around to 12 pharmacies from Rock Hill, SC to Charlotte, NC and CareFirst was the ONLY pharmacy that could help with a prescription I needed!From the first call to going into the pharmacy I was treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Sameer and Jason are so friendly and made me feel welcomed instantly. Their customer service is STELLAR! I definitely feel valued, appreciated, and taken care of!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful staff I had spent an hour on the phone trying different pharmacies to find a certain medication they were the only ones that had it. They were kind, attentive, caring answered all my questions this place happens to be 40 minutes away. My mother had to go pick my medicine up as she works right down the road and they were very kind to her even made her laugh with a joke and that’s not easy to do.!!!. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy if you live in the Charlotte area.

I've always hated going to the pharmacy because I have always go to CVS and they never have my medications ready on time and there was always a long wait. Then I was referred to CareFirst and I couldn't be happier the staff is amazing, they are friendly, and make you feel welcome! Let's face it nobody likes going to the pharmacy when we don't feel well but it's nice to be able to go to a pharmacy where they actually care about you and CareFirst definitely cares about its customers. Thank you Sameer, Harry, and staff for being great.
