I needed to do this review to show my appreciation specifically to Todd and the staff at Capital Ford Charlotte. I came in at 8:15 am for. 9:00 am appt and explained my situation. They did not hesitate to check my car promptly and expressed that they were glad I came when I did because it turned out my car issue was emergent. I'm pregnant with a young toddler so having my car fixed was important, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. They overnighted the necessary part and arranged for transportation to get me home that same day. As promised they fixed the issue and it was ready the next day! I am truly grateful to Todd and the staff there at Capital Ford Charlotte and will certainly be referring business there! Thank you all again! ♥️
