Canine Scholars, and Jason, specifically, are amazing!!! Helped us tremendously!! Our pup, Murphy, thinks everyone should love him. Canine Scholars taught him to control his excitement!! We can now take him anywhere off leash. He now follows commands so well that daily activities are so easy.

Jason was wonderful to work with and we had amazing results with our Aussiedoodle. We saw a difference on day one and were so impressed with his one-on-one training sessions. There is no issue he can’t handle! We highly recommend and are so glad he helped our family.

Chris and his team did an amazing job training our dog. I’m very happy with the results. On-leash walks used to be stressful with our dog and now they are fun/enjoyable. The board and train program is definitely worth the money.

This is the most valuable investment we have made in our dogs. With two very different personalities, Jason helped us find the best tactics for both of our girls. We have much stronger confidence in their on leash walks, off leash recall and place command. Having an energetic husky, an older, stuck-in-her-ways hound/shepherd & a newborn is much easier with this awesome training! Thank you thank you thank you to Canine Scholars.

Jason is a great trainer who can quickly identify issues with the dog and the owner. Years ago, he helped us find solutions so we could keep both of our dogs, who were aggressive towards one another at the time. More recently, he generously helped us identify the underlying issues that need to be addressed with our current dog. We've tried training with other people and have never been satisfied with the results. Jason has never disappointed us.

We recently sent our golden retriever puppy to Canine Scholars puppy board and train camp with Michael Bravo. We were pleased to see the progress that our young puppy made in his two weeks. He now has a good base foundation of training and behavior as he grows. We consistently get compliments on his behavior already even at 19 weeks of age and we definitely will be sending him to adult camp when he's of age.

I’m thoroughly pleased with my dog’s behavior after spending two weeks with Canine Scholars. Prior to finding Chris at CS, I was seriously considering re-homing him. He’d already failed to improve after working with a different trainer/company in the area, he frustrated me endlessly on a leash, I had zero voice control over him off leash, and I couldn’t manipulate him no matter the incentive or treat. After practicing what Chris and CS taught him for a week or two back at home, I now proudly own a completely different pup. I no longer leash him, I trust he’ll respond to any command I give him, and he’s a joy to have around. The training CS provided ranks as some of the best money I’ve ever spent.

My puppy Jackson did a two week board and train . The results are amazing! He is not pulling on leash anymore, so much more pleasurable to go on long walks now. He also is attentive and listens so much better to commands , inside and out. I am amazed at how well he stays in place now. Jason and Chris have been great in answering all questions. I could also tell that Jackson was trained in a loving environment and received lots of attention! I would highly recommend Canine Scholars to anyone looking for dog training!

Jason is a true professional and provided excellent training for our high energy Husky, Dakota. He is a great educator for both dog and human. Canine Scholars provides top of the line products to assist in training and Jason ensures you know how to properly use them to be effective. My fiancé and I recently got a new husky puppy who needed a little work with walking and not pulling us the entire walk. Jason was able to show us how to train our puppy to pay attention and listen to our commands. Within 15 minutes our puppy was focused on us. Jason is a skilled in his craft. He was able to show us how to use the collar effectively and easy to understand. I fully recommend to use Jason for all dog training needs!

I am forever grateful to Canine Scholars for the incredible impact they made on our 2 year old Goldendoodle, Hokie! I can’t recommend or thank them enough. Hokie was super high strung, energy through the roof 24/7 that was so difficult to control. In literally just one week with Canine Scholars Hokie is so much more obedient, can better harness and control his energy, and completely off leash trained. It’s amazing. The ease, comfortability, and convenience of being able to push a baby stroller while having Hokie walk right by my side off leash in a busy environment is HUGE!!!

From our first lesson with Jason we knew that his training was going to make a difference for our dog. Our 2 year old French Spaniel was well-behaved but lacked proper social exposure and etiquette, reliability, and would only listen to commands when she felt like it. Right away, we saw a difference in our pup! We weren’t sure how we felt about using the e-collar, but we’re 2 months in and hardly using it now— it’s more of a back-up in case of worst case scenario. Which is exactly what Jason told us to expect! We also really appreciated how hands-on the training was for us owners. We learned along with her! We could not recommend Canine Scholars more highly. It is completely worth every single penny to have such a well mannered pup!

Jason and his team helped train our “stubborn” French bulldog. My wife alway ls wanted one and what we did not know is how stubborn they can be. Their team has boarded and trained many frenchies and were very knowledgeable on their tendencies and what to do. Fast forward 3 years - our dog uses his doggie doorbell to go to the bathroom daily, has never had an accident in the house and has never chewed or eaten anything in our house. The puppy training we did has made having our dog super easy!
