We entrusted the staff at Camp Bow Wow with our dog Hadi whilst we visited Charlotte for the day. We really trusted the staff from the second we walked in and knew he would have a great day. Would definitely recommend.

Our dog Stetson loves it here! He was new to doggie camp and after a few visits he can't wait to get back. We like that they have cameras so we can check on his progress during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great care you give Stetson!

After just four daycare visits, it's evident that the staff at the daycare is incredibly caring towards the animals. They take the time to familiarize themselves with each dog, addressing them by name and understanding their unique personalities, they even send pictures during the day. During pick-up, they provide detailed updates on my pup's day, including who he interacted with and his overall temperament. We've also begun training sessions, and after just one session, we've noticed positive changes. The staff's friendliness, kindness, and accommodation make us grateful to have found a wonderful place where our pup feels comfortable.

1st experience with Charlotte location. My dog was there for a week. We dropped him off first thing Sunday at 7am and was told that he will be out playing with other dogs that day. We have been checking the camera almost every hour and he’s been in his suite locked in for a long time.
I started to notice that there were dogs playing that afternoon but he was still in his suite standing by his door. I called around 6pm and sounded like they forgot him. They placed me on hold then mentioned that he’s about to come out and play with other dogs.
Other days seem fine until the day we picked him up. When we arrived home I noticed that one of his ears is red then few days later, odor became stronger. We don't know if he was on a fight but seems like our dog came home with ear infection.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Camp Bow Wow! The staff is super friendly, always brings positive energy, and is really attentive to your pup! Luna (our sweet girl) has had a blast every time she’s gone and comes home tired from her days of play. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cage-free doggy daycare!Things to Keep in Mind:- No kenneling during the day (huge bonus).- Daily options for enrichment activity or 1:1 time.- Affordable prices for what’s offered.- Easy “interview” process for your pup (if you’re going during the workday, block out about an hour as you must be present to monitor them).- Be sure to have all vet records and recent vaccines uploaded into the app. Makes the staff’s and your experience easier!

This place is not run well at all. My dog stayed here for boarding and started limping. I got a call from Stephanie at camp saying she thought he needed to go to the vet and I would have to come back from vacation to take him. When I told her I couldn’t, she said I had to have someone come get him because they no longer take dogs to the vet. I had been going to Camp Bow Wow for 11 years at that time and my dog had been injured there and was taken to the vet - more than once. When I questioned why they would not take him to the vet if they thought he needed it I was told it was a policy change (a policy change that had never been communicated to me). I was not happy to get a call telling me my dog was injured and they were not going to help him, but Stephanie didn’t want to hear it and hung up on me. There was no follow up on their end. I had to reach out and try to get a hold of Kayla who said it was a policy change because they were spending too much time taking dogs to the vet so they decided they would only do it if it was a life or death situation. I asked why this change hadn’t been communicated to customers and she said they can’t keep up with who is an older customer and isn’t aware of the policy change. You can easily send an email to all your customers letting them know that if their dog is injured, they will need to be prepared to come back from vacation to take them to the vet because if they aren’t dying, it isn’t Camp Bow Wows problem. I also left the GM a voicemail and never heard back from her. They simple don’t care about you or your pet. Beware.

My dogs love going here. They get to play and board here. They even offer a trainer if you want them to play and do a training session too. The new owners are absolutely fabulous! Our dog seemed ill and they brought him to the vet while we were out of state to be safe. They were able get him the meds he needed and take good care of them.
