Terry was so helpful and friendly it felt like I was working with an old friend. They keep me updated almost daily on the status of my car and was very satisfied with the work they did. I'll be back should i ever need repairs in the future!

I pulled in for an estimate and it was a no hassle, and the staff is very friendly and very helpful and very communicative. If I was able to be a walking billboard for this specific store I would. The store manager Don is literally a walking angel. God bless his soul.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I got rear ended about 3 weeks ago. Dropped off the car on Monday and it was ready to be picked up by Friday and it was the week of thanksgiving! The staff was extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout the process. Rebecca was great through the estimate process and Terry was amazing with coordinating everything. I received text messages about the progress of the vehicle. They also have a great system set with Enterprise for rental cars. Highly recommend!

TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!My car was there for cosmetic repairs to the rear bumper, quoted 2 weeks to complete. Ended up taking 112 days (16 full weeks)! They pushed back my estimated pickup date SIXTEEN different times for various b.s. reasons. When i let them know how many times they had delayed it, they just told me "2 or 3 days" for over a month until it was actually done. I was hardly ever updated on the repair process and only ever given convenient excuses as to why nothing was there fault.Don the general manager offered no solution or help whatsoever. He called me on day 98 of my car in his possession and said "i guess there have been some delays, but it will be done soon". He dodged my calls and happened to not be there when i picked up my car finally. Unprofessional, amateur, less than capable, rude. Bring your car anywhere else. This shop is doomed because its GM cant handle his responsibilities.

Car returned with missing parts, side review mirror not working, seams mismatched, interior ceiling, coming down, door ajar, etc. Constant delays in the process, zero communication until a couple weeks ago and they’ve had the car for months. We received outstanding customer service at Caliber Collision, the Charlotte - Tyvola Road Center, from the moment we called to schedule an appointment, to our meeting with a Service Advisor, and at the end when a representative went with us to inspect the repairs. They were very kind, professional, and prompt throughout the process! Caliber texted us daily updates on the repairs and completed their work ahead of schedule in just a few days. The technician who worked on our 2017 Jeep did a perfect job. They detailed it, so it is spotless inside and out. It looks brand new! They also provide a lifetime warranty on their work. Went in there to get an estimate for car repairs, the receptionist and associate were very rude, unprofessional and racist. It was around 9:30 am in the morning. I was in an emergency and wanted to use the restroom, he replied, “we don’t let the public use the restrooms”. As a customer I was shocked to find out they won’t even call my insurance neither see the estimates, or personally give me a quotation in numerical description to provide their “body repair services”.

I dropped my car off to Caliber because they were a “trusted” body shop for my insurance. My car was there 3 weeks before they told me basically it was totaled and no repairs would be made. When I go to pick up my car it had been ran through. As I approached my vehicle I notice contents from my car near by on the ground and the driver door cracked open. Everything from my glove box was stolen and also other items from inside my car, also they were damages to different panels inside the car. The staff basically said I signed a waiver that they are not responsible and was no help. The branch manager basically said they perps entered my car through the trunk which I highly doubt the seat in the back had not been moved at all that was basically him not owning up to them leaving my car unlocked and vulnerable to theft. If you decide to use this body shop please do so with caution and remove everything from the car.Service: Body & Trim
