Did the KBB cash offer from dealer situation online. Within minutes I had a text from multiple dealerships near by and these guys called and offer me over the phone much more than the KBB offer so we set up an appointment for 30 minutes later. The sales person was waiting by the door when we arrived, quickly looked over my car and gave me the amount offered by phone. The sales manager came over and introduced himself and talked to us about the new Hummer while the paperwork was being done. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy or sale.

this dealership is still trying to sell Yukons with market adjustments... shows how out of touch they are... Buy from hendrick, he doesn't allow his dealers to do that

No good. They offer a pre-approval application without a credit pull and then one week later I find out they did in fact pull my credit and now I have a hard inquiry that will stay on my credit for 2 years. Obviously can't trust a company that lies.

I bought my car from Greg M. today. he was helpful, professional, and thorough. It was my birthday and I was rushing and unorganized and he did not waste my time. He walked me through every single step of the process and made sure I felt prepared before I drove off the lot. Thankful for Greg and Tony - I'm excited for this to be my new car home! :)

I called from CT to purchase a part for a vehicle that needed emergency service in the area. The windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of the rain storm. They took my payment over the phone and delivered the part expeditiously. Thank you so much for the prompt service and the delivery. You guys are AMAZING!!!

We bought a 2022 GMC Yukon XL SLT at another dealer 3 hours drive from Charlotte and noticed that there was an issue with the Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). Scheduled an appointment with Williams, where the service advisor (Sam Gardner) told me the DRLs were working as they were supposed to. When I insisted that it wasn't, he pulled a Denali around, just to confirm what I had told him. What a joke :D. He never admitted that he was wrong and proceeded to say that they needed to contact GMC Technical Support in the US as they would not be able to diagnose or troubleshoot the issue. When I asked to speak to the service manager, they were all too busy (Zack Strickland - Service Director and Lauren Strickland - Service Manager), even though I could see them chatting and later Zack browsing on his phone - yes, customers can see though your glass office walls...Sam even said that it was "better for me to go back to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle to fix the problem". I drove to Liberty Buick GMC where they diagnosed the problem, replaced the $10 Light Sensor and the truck is perfect now. Williams' ratings are for the sales team. NOT for the service team. And guess what - I still haven't heard from Sam or anyone at Williams regarding my service issue. No call back is needed. Do yourself a huge favor and go buy and service at Liberty.

Not sure why these guys only have 3 1/2 stars but they truly deserve about 10 stars. I hate car salesman and the process of getting a new car. These guys were the best. Mac and Hatcher were seriously the sweetest and worked w me through everything as well as front door service! Love these guys we will be buying all our GMCs through them from now on. They feel like family and that's what matters. You must check them out.

My daughter called and said, "Daddy, my 'check engine' light is on. Can you look at it?" I looked at it and it's leaking oil. A lot of oil.I checked the oil (empty!), poured two quarts in and drove it to Williams Buick GMC without delay. In the service entrance, it leaked out the rest of the oil onto the floor while they checked me in.The service manager was professional, taking a quick look underneath and said that he did not think it was a major issue. He wrote up a service ticket for an oil change and said that he would let me know the status once that's done.A few hours later, he called and let me know that we're good. The oil change found that the oil filter had come loose and thankfully, we caught it quick enough. No lasting engine damage! If my daughter had kept driving on it, she'd have destroyed the engine. Instead, a $80 oil change and we're good to go.I'm pleased with the service and we'll definitely be bringing her Buick back to here for all of it's regular maintenance. It's really not that much more expensive than the "quickie" oil change spots. It's a comfortable waiting area (free wifi and coffee) and they do good work.[Review 16645 overall - 3186 in North Carolina - 157 of 2022.]

Great customer service as soon as we walked through the doors. My husband spoke with someone over the phone to let them know we were interested in purchasing a truck and that we'd be on the way. Sure enough they were waiting and was so helpful from the beginning.Took us straight to what we was looking for and shows us all the great amenities the automobile had to offer.Gene was very knowledgeable about the truck. Once we got to the paperwork he helped us understand everything we was getting ready to sign. Never made us feel uncomfortable while making a big purchase.
