Very disappointing. Website said that the store opened at 10 but arrived at 10:15 and it was closed. Tried to call but no answer. If your hours have changed, why don't you update the website?? Have purchased a lot from this store historically but this was a very poor outcome.

Had a wonderful experience at this store, Lena was beyond amazing and helpful. She helped me figure out my size and found the fit that looked best for me. The clothes themselves have a unique style to them and are admirable quality for their price point. The store was also neatly organized and clean. Lena will make sure you feel attended to. If you need dress shirts, definitely check out this store.

I was getting married in less than a month and the shirt I bought didn't fit. It's not because I was sized wrong, I actually had lost a lot of weight. There was no problem with exchanging the shirt and I was even given a lot of advice on what tailor I should go to in order to tailor my suit. I believe the gentleman who was my point of contact was named Aiden.I only shop at Brooks Brothers for 1) the clothing quality is unmatched, and 2) the service is always -- ALWAYS -- top notch. I am extremely thankful for this outlet and look forward to continue shopping with Brooks Brothers.

This was my first visit here and the experience was superb. Brady was an absolute professional who helped me select a couple sport jacket-based outfits. He helped me find the correct sizes and fits, brought pieces to me and also switched them out. He knew all the sales and prices/discounts, and told them to me without even being asked. He even signed me up to save 15 percent on my order. All this on a busy Sunday afternoon.I will for sure visit the location again, and I truly appreciate Brady’s friendly professionalism and knowledge on how the various items should exactly fit. I bought two sport jackets, two pairs of pants, two shirts and a belt.

Low effort from staff to help find appropriate sizing. They want you to buy off the rack at a premium price. Definitely not an outlet unless you want old merch at full price.

Sales rep reached over my shoulder to grab a suit jacket I was looking at. I exclusively wear brooks bros for work. After a brooks brothers rewards fiasco and Walmart service it’s time to go elsewhere. Love how the clothes hold up but not paying a premium for rude sales reps.

The once commendable quality of both service and products has now diminished to a level that simply fails to meet the mark. After being a loyal customer for more than three decades, I have decided to stop purchasing their offerings. The customer service has been lackluster, marked by indifference and a notable absence of friendliness. This decline in standards is not only disappointing, but also off-putting.

I was blown away by the service I received from the Brook Brothers at the Charlotte Premium Outlets by the manager Lena G. I ran into a problem while traveling and I needed a few items to prepare for an important event. Lena confirmed my measurements and assembled a few options to help me. Very impressed! If I find myself in Charlotte and need some help, I know where to go.

Terrible experience today with Lena gerold the supervisor came in to try a suit for my 14 year old brother . She threw a total out of place comment tell him to turn around like if he's getting arrested . That was totally unnecessary.

Great store, even though the price is bit too pricey, even with discounts. The quality of the clothes are very good. The store is large, well lit, and clean. The staff is pretty friendly.

Wonderful experience from this store. Timin helped size me up and helped me get shipping coordinated for my size that wasn’t in stock. He explained the promos and reviewed the coupon for other brands that could be applied. Definitely recommend service at this location.

The worst experience we had by the manager of the store .that cost him about 6-7 hundred dollars for his terrible attitude toward my husband and I.we didn’t ask for anything .everyone at the store were taking care of them .we don’t have high expectations.my husband was looking for his size to buy pants and he came to tell us not to look the buttons was different style just the top .we told him that we are looking both .we decided to leave .we go to concord mills which the manager there is always great and helpful
