Car wash didn’t work. They refused to refund me any money back on the card. This place basically steals from you and argumentative. Will never give them another cent and will tell everyone

Put 5 in gas cause it's all I had. Went to pump gas and nothing happened. Went in to tell cashier and he said it will go back on my card, even though my bank shows the 5 dollars was charged. This is unacceptable, this was my last 5 dollars and I was on empty. This has never happened to me before. Looking at the reviews, this place seems untrustworthy. Avoid this place

Denied three other customers and I from using their gas pumps during business hours since it was 'close' to closing time, while hiding inside the store, then drove off without saying a word.

Unbelievable - what bad customer service. Three cars (mine included) were trying to use the car wash. We had prepaid when purchasing gas (no problem taking our money) there seemed to be an issue and the car wash malfunctioned. The lady ahead of me went in to report it and they told her it’s a private company and couldn’t help. I was behind her and asked for the number so I could come tact them to get my money back as I had just entered my code behind the lady. I was told the same thing “we can’t do anything” they wouldn’t give me a name or number. I went out to warn the vehicle behind me. This poor lady was from Lancaster and said she wouldn’t be back so she too “lost” the money she had paid. I find this unbelievable and unacceptable. There is no number in the receipt or on the wash bay. Nor is there a company name. I do not believe the owners of the Bp can’t contact them…. If there was an emergency I’m sure they would. It’s just not their money. I refuse to purchase from this establishment again

I've come here before to stock up on BeatBoxes and they have a decent selection! More flavors than several other convenience stores in the area. I wish they had the new Hard Tea variety pack though!

Very unhelpful! Not only that. I have had an issue with the washbay twice where it took my money, but didn't wash my car and they just told me it was an outside company and refused to give me any further assistance with a phone number or anything. Do not use these people they are a rip off.

Gas station was very clean and stocked well. Staff was very nice. They have a charger station here too and a car wash

I’ve been here three times, once to gas up so I didn’t go inside. The other two times I went in and they are so rude and implement “rules” that basically turned me off. I left out today without even getting anything. I don’t live here but work here every other week. I’ll kindly spend my money with the white folks bc these people always are rude.

Very rude! Had a hold on my card for over 7 days. When asked about it they ignored me. Thing is he told me the card did not go through when I tried to get the gas. I knew I had money in my account. Very nasty and rude

Avoid if you have a lot of fuel points that you want to use. Apparently, they have the ability to reject fuel points when it can benefit them. When asking about it, the guy acted like he didn't understand what I was saying and told me, "Come back next time." Points expire monthly, to my knowledge, and it's the end of the month. Unacceptable behavior. I will surely go further down the road to avoid this location "next time."The other reviews of rude behavior are accurate. I live nearby so I come here often. It was tolerable until today. Go to SC and get cheaper gas and better service.

Just left from this store fifteen minutes ago today Sep 16 2023. While using the restroom the younger worker that wears glasses was sweeping or at least seemed to be sweeping the area that leads to the bathroom. When I opened the door it about swung and hit him. So that no accidents or mishaps happen that could lead to a bigger problem, it might be wise that he wait until he knows nobody is in the bathrooms. You never know at what point somebody will be exiting. Please mention this to him.Also roughly two to two and a half weeks ago this same fella was changing out the trash bag at the trash can at the store entrance. Upon walking to enter the store I had a small grocery bag of trash that I held up in attempt to get his approval to discard while he was right there and servicing that trash can. Since he didn’t even acknowledge me I went on and walked it out to one of the cans at a gas pump, only to walk back to him airing out a big garbage bag to place in the entrance trash can. I said to him, “why didn’t you tell me you were going to change out the bag, I would have left this bag up here.” He didn’t respond and I just walked in in.Ultimately the reason for this review is that someone check his motives. This is customer service business. Additionally his actions of that first incident, in addition to today just has me on alert and makes me wonder bout him. I shouldn’t have to go to another convenience store, due to an employees negligent behavior if indeed this is the case. Please check to find out from him.

I have used this station several times over the years and it's always been well stocked in the coolers and shelves full of many selections. Great coffee also. The place is very clean and the bathrooms are almost immaculate. It great to have a place you feel comfortable in.
