Worker wasn't really friendly went back because I was told phones & cases would be in. Got there the phone I wanted was not there. There was no cases at all he told me to order one from Amazon.

The person's way of serving was extremely bad and rude, plus he was eating and he told me that if he didn't like me leaving, it was better to go to a different store.

The fact that I watched Mikie provide okay customer service to other diverse people and when it came to me he was beyond rude. I am on hold with 611 and they told me to ask him questions and they heard his tone compared to him speaking calmly to a Spanish person.It shouldn’t matter my sex or race. I should be able to get great service. I WILL NOT SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE

Literally the worst place ever they can’t conenct phones and they charge you the man name Alex is just stupid he charges you stuff for no reason when he can’t even activate a phone so upset never would take another phone there he told me to buy another phone like what’s the point of buying another phone ?
